In may of 2022 I contracted with Charlies Electric, a.k.a. Puget Sound electrical company to do an electrical job at my home. He charged me over 17k to complete a multitude of items. I paid him half of the total, which was the ****. Due to the inability of the public electricity company, we couldnt proceed with the most costly portion of the job. He then emphatically insisted I needed to have my panel replaced, which I agreed to. He then owed me a credit of ****, which I have requested returned to me via email, voicemail, text numerous times. He also had promised to come back and fix the two items still not working, microwave and a plug that keeps tripping the new circuit breakers he installed. He has gone completely silent. I have begged for him to do the right thing and talking to his administration person, ******, she said he had the funds and could send them back but offered a reduced amount because he got stuck in my driveway, which was never asked for previously. I rejected that offer and now havent heard back after many contacts. ****** said she only contacted me after many months because I said I would file small claims. I would just like him to return my credit of **** and have his employee come and fix the panel. I have all the invoices and credit owned documents.
