My husband, ***********************, keeps getting emails from them/notices stating he owes over $1k for an emergency room visit. We have been approved for financial assistance through Multicare where they cover 70% of charges on a visit. We have told TECP this and have also sent them a copy of the letter we received. They refuse to send us information on what these charges are for and if they have removed 70% of the original charge. I have tried calling them, but it is an almost hour wait. My husband got yet another message on his phone that his account is going to be turned over to collections. On a bill I had, I ended up paying about $50.00 for an er visit and it was settled. They choose to make life difficult rather than work with us.Initial Complaint

Unprofessional. Un reachable and nk physical billing statements received. Only payment link I am able to access is an unsecured unencrypted link to process my card. Are not taking my insurance information and trying to hold me solely reliable even though I have health insurance and am covered
