I took my vehicle in to Quicks automotive to get some work done on it. When I got my vehicle back, I I found that when they were jacking up my car or putting on a lift they are damaged my car so I called them up and took it up there to show them. They were completely rude and I know for a fact my car was not damaged I just dont feel that its right that I should have to pay another $4000 out of my pocket to fix and

The vehicle was serviced the end of September 2022 and picked up on October 3rd 2022. The customer called October 11th with the complaint. We thoroughly believe the damage was not done here at Too Quick's German Automotive. The customers vehicle has lots of various other body damages as well. The damage he is describing does appear to be a round jack **** next to the lift point. Our lifts do not have rounded lift points but rather large rectangular platforms that we take pride in lifting vehicles by the factory lift points to ensure shop safety and prevent damages to customers vehicles.

We have spoken to *************** about his concern and apologized for the misunderstanding, we did not know his vehicle had stopped running and thought it was only going through some oil. We promptly told **************** to get the vehicle to us as soon as possible, we received his vehicle on Friday 3/25/22 and made a diagnostic same day, we reviewed and made a list on options on Monday 3/28/22 and we communicated with the customer with our findings and repair options on Tuesday 3/29/22.

I have looked over the message what was received theres a few things I dont agree with one I told multiple car things what was going on with the engine those two days after I got the car back the oil consumption started then yes they were correct I did get the car into the shop and they did a diagnostic on it they trying to work something with labor but I feel as a customer since I almost paid $7000 for engine even though it is used but thats a lot of money to fork out and then a couple weeks later or now I mean a month later the car is not working again  theyre working with the claims adjuster to get the engine replaced but Im getting told Im more likely have to cover labor which is another ****************************************************************************************************************** the first place but Im afraid if I pay **** again for labor and then the engine fails again within a couple weeks or month labor that is lost another **** and the other forgot another **** I feel like I shouldnt have to fork out any money at all  I kind of regret even getting the work done I kind of wish I wouldve found a different agent somewhere else or something Just extremely upset about this whole situation so Im hoping this gets resolved or dont end up paying for anymore than I have to
