I met with the owner in person, she went over all these things that they offer for being a wellness center and being a physical trainer. She told me she could help me with loosing weight and get to my goal weight to be able to enlist in the us army where she completely understood how important it was being ex navy military. She has in she membership it was 24/7 use of gym, she was going to get my set up with meal plans, a guy that runs a nutrition supplement business. Never once did I get a plan of action or meals or the information for what the schedule was going to be for working out it was just kinda up in the air and seems like she was too busy with her current members. She was bugging me over text to finish signing up and to put my card information in and pay the fees, my card kept declining on their website even though I had couple hundred dollars in there. My bank got flagged for fraud and was frozen which I paid their start up fee and it came out after that she then began saying I can pay her via cash app or Venmo and kept bugging about finishing the process and putting my card information online. I sent her $185 over cash app thinking this was going to be legit but she just wanted my money. I had scheduled a session with her and she said if anything came up to notify her an hour before which I have to cancel two sessions because one my son got hurt at daycare really bad and two my dog had emergency surgery. I was honest with her and vulnerable and she completely took advantage of me and then when I asked for a refund after having to move me and two small children out of a bad situation she refused and said that I could still use her services but then I looked a they completely canceled my account and made it to where I have no access to the membership nor the gym. They took my money and wont let me use services I paid for nor give me a refund.
