      Verbally abusive doctor in multicare ER refused to treatment me as he said he was there to keep people who use ******** from using ER services! Is this a new form of discrimination & do you refuse to treat illegal aliens or just retired Americans who worked & paid into the system?

      There was a mix up with my pharmacy handing off my Rx for my back pain. I was in excruciating pain so I went to Allenmore hospital. They sent my script to Tacoma General. When we arrived we were told another pharmacy charged my insurance. So we waited to get it from there the next day (I know, difficult when in such agonizing pain).*or the next week I received multiple texts telling me my prescription was ready and to pick it up at Multicare... After several days of receiving these texts I called the Tacoma General pharmacy to find out: 1. why do you keep textig me to pick up an Rx at your location that you cannot fill, and 2. Can you please stop sending me unnecessary texts.The Rx Tech was under great stress and didn't want to stop what they were doing to answer either question but I told her I need to know if you DO have a Rx for me and if not, can you stop sending texts. She did not want to discuss it and became irrate, interrupting me, then yelling and hanging up. I called back to speak with the supervisor and let them know about the issue, as well as the unprofessional behavior of their tech. The supervisor was just as unprofessional and rude.When I called the hospital to file a complaint the response from them was 1. they lied about the texts being sent to me before the script was filled, and 2. they lied about "witnesses" who claimed I used the *** word. *irst, I have proof they lied about the texts, so they lost their credibility 2. who on earth over 6 year's old calls it "the * word". I was letting them know their system was out of wack. If they do not want to be aware of issues with their system fine, keep paying the vendors who set it up and fail to ensure it's working correctly. As far as their rude staff, 1. how can you witness a call unless you're eavesdropping vs. doing your work, and 2. why would someone who wants to let them know their system is sending out unnecessary and incorrect texts, speak to them out of context and use expletives.

      Someone in this organization sells email addresses of their clients to other businesses that end up filling up my (working, fortunately) spam filter. This is unethical and should be investigated. ****** care should not be about PROFIT! It should be about the wellness of individuals.
