They were supposed to settle a claim with another insurance company who claimed 100% liability I don't agree with settlement and would like to take to Court. ****** told me i can't do that and I gotta go with what the lawyer wants to do and yelled at me making the conversation hostile I had to hang up as this is not the first unprofessional notion. No communication very rude now refusing my rights trying to toss me to another lawyer if i don't agree to terms that's not legit. I know my rights and I should be treated fairly, as I am African American woman. This is not my first complaint either as I tried to resolve within their entity by talking with ********* a few months prior. Thank you for your time. God bless us all.Customer response

This matter has been resolved as they assure me there is no fees to pay up to date 2/23/24 per their letter to me. They are still not worthy of 1 star in my book. They should be watched or looked into as they are still doing wrong practice. Thank you BBB for being available to the people.
