  Both of these companies are connected and engage in scamming ****************************** https://www.a1locksmithtacoma.com/A 24 Hour Emergency Locksmith https://www.a24houremergencylocksmith.com/A1 without a doubt is scamming elderly customers. My 95 year old grandmother had a problem with her lock and asked for it to be replaced last week by A1. ***********************, the alleged locksmith, went to her home, but did not fix or replace the lock whatsoever. He charged her $109.45 for this "service." ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.I checked the lock yesterday and confirmed it had not been replaced or repaired. I was able to contact *********************** who said he would refund her the money later that evening which he never did. His phone number ************ is now disconnected. I called the number on the receipt which apparently belongs to A 24 Hour Emergency Locksmith an different company. The first number listed was disconnected.   All I need is a spare key for my RAV4 and don't even need it to have a FAB remote to unlock/lock/arm the car. He showed up last Tuesday and spent 45 minutes trying to make a copy of my key. He couldn't get it to open the door but finally got it to turn the ignition, but the key couldn't turn off so it was stuck in my ignition. At this point he began using so much force trying to get the key out that it shook the whole vehicle...then he busted the key inside the ignition! After another 10 minutes using WD40 and tools he got the broken key out and told me he would need to come again the next day. I told him I worked the next day but he said he could meet me there. I took my lunch at the time he said he would arrive, but then he was 15 minutes late. He brought a FAB key as that appeared to be the only compatible key he had, but wasn't going to make it work to lock/unlock/arm the vehicle but I figured, "whatever, as long as it works." I ate my lunch while he worked and after another 30 minutes I had to get back to work and asked him to let me know when he was finished. About 30 minutes later he texted me, "You're all done", but when I went to try the key it was not done - he allegedly could get it to turn the ignition but not the door, so he was violently jerking it in both the door and the ignition. Since it was a busy time at work, I couldn't stick around while he continued his work so I made the mistake of paying him $108.00 via Venmo before I went back to work, and he said he would let me know when he was done. About 45 minutes went by without him getting in touch so I called him and he didn't answer, so I went out to see if he was still there. He was gone and left my original key and the new key to the receptionist. I tried the new key and it wouldn't work in either the door or the ignition, and his violent treatment of my ignition may cause me to be replaced. And he continues to evade me with no replies to my calls or texts...this is theft.
