Technician ******* came out on March 26th to repair the microwave section of our oven/microwave combination. He ordered a part and said he would come back. We paid an $85 call out fee. After several weeks and a number of phone calls he came back, and said he would need to take the microwave. We paid an additional $200 for parts at that time.After several more weeks we were told the item was not yet fixed. Finally he returned in early June and reinstalled the microwave, stating we would need to pay another $100. The microwave is now working, but the attached oven (all controls are on the microwave panel) is now NOT working.I called to speak with the technician. He told me the agreement was to repair the microwave and that the labor needed to be paid. I explained to him that the oven controls are on the microwave panel, and since he returned the microwave, the oven no longer works. He replied that he only agreed to repair the microwave and that the oven has nothing to do with it. Again I stated that the oven worked before, and since he took the microwave we were no longer able to use the oven with the microwave removed, and now the oven is not working. He again said he did the job he was asked to do which was fix the microwave. My complaint is that he does not acknowledge that the oven controls are on the microwave, and since he reinstalled the microwave the oven does not work. I told him we would not be paying any additional money to him. He told me he would speak with my husband. He then put the phone down and walked away. After a long period of time of not speaking with me, he hung up.Initial Complaint

Mid November 2021 our washer was repaired by this business, however the very next day it still had the same issue. We have been trying for 4 weeks to get him back out here, as there is a 90 day warranty. He has not responded other than one time this week to say he would be out again on Tuesday or Wednesday and now it is Friday. We gave him $400 cash and we still have an issue with the washer. We are moving at the end of the month and the new owners are expected a working washer. I have no confidence in this business calling me back at all.
