I don't know how they were able to charge me $120 within a week. I did not use their site or authorize any charges from them on my card. I only discovered this when I noticed so much money missing out of my account within 4 days. I reported this to my bank. They told me the website address and phone number associated with the charges and told me to contact them for a cancellation and refund. My bank also put my card on hold so they could not charge me any further.After reaching out to each of them, they all have the same look on their websites and the same automated system that will ask for your information to find your account to process the refund and then hang up on you every time. I sent out emails requesting refunds, cancellation, and deletion of all information pertaining to my card. They only responded back from one email address and told me that they would refund $14.95 and not to dispute the charges since it would take several days for it to be refunded to my account. I then reminded them that I had asked for a full refund and they proceeded to tell me that they would refund $30. After seeing this email, I again reminded them that I still wanted a full refund of the whole $120 they had taken, and then said they would refund $79.95.This all started with $1 in March. All of a sudden, they started charging me $14.95 every day beginning May 1st and the last charge they snuck in was for $30. I emailed them for a refund on May 8th when I noticed the charges and it is now May 26th and still not a single ***** back. I want my money back. I did not authorize these charges and never even heard of these sites or what they are for.
