Yes owning a Porsche is nice; however, purchasing from the LARSON GROUP is not. In fact out of the MANY vehicles I have bought in my life, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. From service, to finance, to simply walking into their showroom is 100% manipulation and condescending. I walked into the Porsche Showroom in my work attire and instantly was ignored for 15+ minutes. Not a salesman, Finance Manager, nor Sales Manager gave me the time of day. Clearly because I wasnt dressed of the demographic to own a Porsche (Work Attire.) I walked into the general sales managers and office and she told me they did not have time for me snapped her finger and had a salesman walk me to **** for them to answer my questions. I felt very discriminated against, bullied, and victimized. Never judge a book by its cover. I may have been in work attire but I can assure you Im more financially set than almost each and every person in that room! Disgusting. Once arriving to **** and demanding a manager the manager claimed he hears this from the Porsche side of the dealership often. Sickening!!!!!!!!! No one deserves this. After building a relationship with the finance manager at ****, I actually felt like I was in good hands. Turns out it was ALL broken promises, lies, and an easy way to kick the can and hope I forget about what I was endeavoring. This dealership owes me over $5,000 rightfully and its been two months and I still have not received this money. Clearly this dealership does not want the chargeback; however, this has left me victimized by the LARSON *********** I will be working diligently to get this resolved with the Attorney ******************************* With my time, efforts, and discrimination this dealership now owes me much more than $5,000. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

My wife and I bought a used Porsche Macan S at Porsche of Tacoma on November 7, 2021 for $76311.44. At the time we bought the pre-paid service package for the car, which was supposed to cover the cost of all our maintenance for the next few years. The cost of the care package was $8520.00 before tax. When we tried to use that package for routine maintenance we performed at Porsche Tacoma on December 21, 2021, the service manager informed us that the service plan was not active, and furthermore a service plan could not be purchased when buying a used car at all. He also mentioned that we should get a refund for the service plan and someone will be in touch shortly. When nobody got in touch and no refund was issued, we contacted the dealership again on April 1, 2022, asking for the refund. The financing manager at the dealership (*************************) responded by e-mail confirming that the service contract was not valid and that a refund would be issued to us, but again no refund was issued. We contacted the dealership by e-mail again on June 28 and on July 8, 2022. This time nobody at the dealership responded. I would like Porsche of Tacoma to refund the money we paid for the invalid service contract.

A refund check was sent to the vehicle's lienholder on 7/15/22.  It should be posted to the loan account by this time, decreasing the balance due.

I sold my 2017 Porsche 718 to Porsche of Tacoma on 10/5/2021 for $56600. I still owed ****** financial $34k on the vehicle loan. Porsche of tacoma bought my vehicle, signing all legal documents. They then stated they would not be cutting me a check at the time for the difference between what they purchased the vehicle for and the payoff. Porsche then paid ****** off removing the loan and title was released. Porsche still is refusing to pay the remaining difference of roughly $22k. They have changed their tune from they would release funds on release of title, which had happened on 10/22/21. They now state they must get title in hand. They are currently advertising my vehicle for sale, which they have not fully paid for and are in process of selling my car to someone else, even though they have not paid me for it. We have documentation for all of this on state and dealership documents. Before bringing my Porsche in to the dealer to sell it to them, they stated they would pay me via check same day. I was not informed of the massive delays until documents were signed and the car had been taken to their back lot. I have been trying to resolve the issue with them directly for the past couple weeks and get no where, still refusing to pay me the difference that is owed.

The payoff check has been received by your lienholder and we are awaiting the arrival of vehicle's title which was sent by regular mail.  The funds will be released as soon as we receive the title.
