    On 9/01/2023 I took my car 2018 Nissan rogue sport to the Tacoma WA Nissan dealership to be thoroughly inspected and to check the *** because since owning this car I've had transmission problems which are escalating to the point of it would not get speed when I getting on the freeway. I specifically requested an oil change and for the ***. Only owning this car for seven months at $532.00 a month and that's not including my insurance which is another $230per month. I spoke to ***** in the service department. I found out a few days earlier that my car was a recalled vehicle in which the judge awarded Nissan to pay customer for keeping this from customers over $270,000. 00 million dollars. I told ************ was on my way I was moving to ***********. He wasn't my belongings out the so Nissan wouldn't be responsible. I had to pay for a hotel just to leave the car because they don't provide loaner cars. So I'm really living in my car cause I already moved out. Long story short I ended up paying $306. For a a oil change. I was told about needing a new battery but he never said how important it was necessary. I gave ***** my extended warranty to put in a claim but never did. Within a few hours they picked me up and I left to **********. Repeatedly breaking down once in **********. Decided to come back to **********. This dealership was rude to me and ***** said he wouldn't refund any money but the ******** Nissan dealership put in the claim and allowed me use if a 2023 car for over 10 days I paid a $75 deductible only. I asked ***** to reimburse my funds because they did nothing. I had a break light out after leaving for ********** and the never programed my oil change and I had to rent a hotel no loaner. Broke down all because they didn't like me plus they didn't put in the claim expected I had no coverage and I never had battery problems before I dropped off my car to *****. He ended up calling police on me and bullied me and the entire Tacoma Nissan staff laughed.

    Took my work vehicle in to get a simple brake job. Was told the job would be done the same day. One of their employees backed into a pole or something on their lot and wrecked the tailgate. This is a truck that produces on average of $1000 dollars a day for our business. They took a month to get the damage fixed, and there is no longer any vehicle signage on the back (due to the tailgate having to be replaced). The service manager promised to eat the labor cost for the brake job but then reneged and said we had to pay the whole thing, regardless of how much revenue was lost in the meantime---not to mention the lost signage. Bottom line is we had to absorb the lost revenue, the brake job and pay extra to get signage redone when it was THEIR EMPLOYEE that caused this whole mess. We will no longer buy Nissan vehicles again for our work vehicles and certainly will never use their "service" department again.
