Went here with a date for what I was hoping to be a nice date night.Ended up being shown to an ABSURDLY small table that were already being utilized by complete strangers...we were told that it was their policy to seat everyone at same tables. We were told this was on their website, which it was but they offer "Premium Seating" which we purchased thinking we would get better seating arrangements but all they do is seat you closer to the stage.the whole club sucked, we were uncomfortable the place sucked and I feel as if they're pulling some sort of scam cramming people into cramped seating to maximize their profit.Anyways, we'll never be back.

      Hello,
We explain how our seating works on our website, which you mentioned you have seen in your statement.
Seating is First-Come First-Served for the section you purchase tickets for: General Admission or Premium tickets. Premium tickets, the more expensive type of ticket, guarantee seating in the first few rows of tables. If you arrive at the time the doors open and have Premium tickets, you will likely be in the first row touching the stage. However, if you were to arrive a few minutes before the show starts, you will most likely be in the 3rd row of tables.
General Admission tickets are the cheaper type of tickets and seating starts in the 4th row of tables and goes all the way to the back end of the club. This means the General Admission section is a bit more drastic for First-Come First-Served seating.
Regardless of the section you are sat in, the full showroom is cabaret style seating which includes small, round tables with two chairs on each side of the table, facing forward toward the stage. If you were to place your elbow out to the side, this is where your table would be. The tables are large enough to place 4 drinks and 4 entrees so we have not had troubles in the past.
The only way to ensure you have a table to yourselves is to purchase all 4 tickets for a table. If you purchase 4 tickets and have less than 4 people attend, you may still enjoy the table to yourselves, you just need to let the host know this is your intensions and your party will still need to cover the 2-item minimum for each ticket during the show. Otherwise smaller parties will be sat together on a First-Come First-Served basis.

We of course optimize our seating to ensure we are able to bring in as many guests as possible to enjoy their favorite comedians. Within this seating arrangement we still mind our fire capacity for safety reasons, ensure there are aisles for guests and staff to safely traverse, and that all guests have a direct line of sight to the stage so they're able to enjoy the show. We also do not allow any standing room in our showroom, against popular demand, in order to make sure everyone has a designated seat.

We are sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your first time at the club and we do hope you reconsider and come back to a show now that you fully understand how our seating works.
      Thank you,

Bought tickets to their show and a food and beverage package for a date night with my wife. Their website lists shared seating for general admission but purchased premium seating as they had that listed it semed toward couples. When we got there however they led us to our "table" which was clearly a two person table, but to cram as many people in as possible they were forcing people to sit with other parties that were strangers I clearly found this unacceptable as they clearly were not providing adaquite space for people to comfortably eat or drink not to mention having to now eat dinner with my wife with complete strangers. Before the show started we asked for a refund as we were NOT happy with what was being sold vs. what we were presented upon arrival. The whole thing seemed as if it were a bait and switch.
