      They were the payee for my disabled brothers Social Security until I took it over.On November 5 2023, they were sent $510 of my brothers Social Security in error due to the fact that I was being appointed payee. I am also my brothers POA.They have not returned the money to Social Security., nor did they send it to my brothers, resident Cascade Vista, LLC for any type of payment for his rent or into his trust account.My brothers portion of rent is paid out of this money. Therefore, a portion of Novembers rent still has not been paid.

      I've been having problems where I ask for a certain amount of money from my backpay money, which is always usually within reason. But I have been trying to get my backpay money amount to under 2,000$ and they've been acting like how a speed bump would be when driving on a road and hindering any attempt it seems for my exact amount of money requests to get it under that said amount, for if I don't I will be losing my SSI and I don't want that to happen but they don't seem to care or are intentionally skrewing me because I have asked multiple times if they remember I need to have my back pay at a certain amount and each time they said yes or are well aware of it, but still send less than the amount I asked for which again is making it difficult to get my back pay down to acceptable amounts. I don't know what to do and I fear I may lose my SSI by next month because this is the last month to get it either at or under $2,000

      My rent check for July apparently got lost in the mail. I have asked **** one of the owners, who has been very rude every time ive dealt with her, to send or let me pick up a replacement check and up until last week, i thought she was finally going to take care of it. I was out of town on a church mission trip and just got home yesterday. I have tried emailing, texting and calling her todayall of which have gone unanswered. My landlord is not happy. This is a payee i depend on and i am not on a lease where i live and can get kicked out over this. **** doesnt seem to care. She wont return my calls. My rent is now almost 20 days late. Its due on the 1st.
