I order a pizza online to feed my family after a long 2 days of packing and moving. At the location figuring out parking was a little difficult probably bcus I was exhausted. Non the less I pulled up and parked in the what I now know was the fire lane and ran inside to grab my pizza. The first worker said he would help me and give me my pizza once I moved my car. I said I am tired and not walking back out. He said ok cant help you. I said ok give me my money back. At that time the general manager named **** came up and proceeded to tell me to move my car to the correct park I said no and to give me money back. He said no and told me to go get my pizza somewhere else. I then asked him if the location was corporate or franchise. **** refused to answer me or provide any upper management information and told me to find it myself. As I begin to look around the store and on the outside door, he picks up the phone to call the police which is where the bigger concern steps in for me.**** proceeded to tell exaggerated lies. At no time did I use profanity, threaten anyone and be ignorant as **** said. He told them that I was trying to hide my license plates etc. i was not threatening and there was nothing to warrant this business to call the police on me. I then called 911 to let them know that I would be waiting for them. After waiting for 15 min, I left to go pick up my order from the Pizza Hut down the street.The fact that a business is allowed to call law enforcement is completely unacceptable. I did get the contact information on this site for upper management because when I called the location the following Monday and spoke with a manager by name of ****** let me know that she was not allowed to give me upper management information (above ****).I will be pressing this issue as to this could have been all bad for another person.
