      Under RCW ***** 1) Not more than twenty-four hours, where the defective condition deprives the tenant of hot or cold water, heat, or electricity, or is imminently hazardous to life;(2) Not more than seventy-two hours, where the defective condition deprives the tenant of the use of a refrigerator, range and oven, or a major plumbing fixture supplied by the landlord; Park 52 has left me without hot water 2 times for 3 days. Most recently was 1/18/2023 and they refuse to complete a r hire a plumber that is not their own.

      I applied for a home unseen because I am so desperately needing to move soon (owner is selling) I called n submitted my app along with everything needed. I got email after email after email wanting this now and that now (very demanding and time sensitive emails with cut off times)..honestly no biggie for me I'm on a time crunch too I'm sending in EVERYTHING SHE IS REQUESTING WITHIN 15-30MIN!...FYI I rarely check the rental criteria since I don't have credit issues I work in law enforcement and insurance and have multiple other streams of income AND I e BEEN IN MY HOME FOR 5 YEARS WITH NO ISSUES.NO NOTICES.NO LATE FEES!So after a few days of back and forth making sure I'm getting her everything requested She asked for more and more info and her emails were more invasive. At the end of each email she would repeat what I said and have a rebuttal of another question or issue and would ask "Can you explain/clarify". Now this may sound normal to seek clarification if something is confusing but at this point I had given her my whole back story of me,going through a nasty divorce.** relationshipwhich was known and documented w/my current prop ************** as they helped me move. I think i put my foot in my mouth thinking I would get some understanding instead i do feel I was discriminated against.for that I am grateful my application did not meet "rental criteria". Which is strange when I have been in this home for 5 years..what they told me when I questioned this bothered me. They brought up broken up payments from 2020 (when my ex spouse was paying a portion of my rent that was court ordered.which I explained to them and the ledger also showed my payments being made on time) She brought up 2 repairs (clogged drain and garbage disposal repair) but she sent 3 damages she wanted me to explain which I told her if you look at ledger it was 2 work orders and a payment for both hence the 3 showing (which when ********* called my current prop manager it s was explained to her
