Horrible. The caseworker Jenn E has no idea what she is doing. This woman got my rental application in 2021. Then in July, she denies it because my rent is behind. Not very bright at all. It has been a whole year later. Then I asked her boss for a copy of the info I sent but they said they cant send it, LOL. These people never contacted my landlord until July 2022. This place sold 6 months ago or so. It is not even the same landlord I had for the previous 9 years. These people are completely incompetent and ignorant. I guess that is a good way to deny people so you all can steal the money. Wait nearly a year and see if they are living under a bridge and if they are not just deny them. What a joke. This woman just asked for my utility **** a few months ago. That utility **** is not representative of my utilities when I filed. What imbeciles. Never told me she did not get it until last week. If I did not know better I would think that these people are mentally retarded. If you are African American contact a legal aid rep, your local and state reps, and the ****** Do not play with these sick, twisted people that do nothing but lie. How can you have a job when it took you 9 months to contact my landlord? Must be a government job. These people did everything in their power to find a reason to deny my application. They are waiting for the money to run out. The minorities are most likely on the bottom...per usual. These moronic people actually wanted me to not come up with a way to pay any rent for the last year nearly and because I did I was denied assistance from 2021. I will gladly see you people in court. I would like to see those emails of the info I sent that you said you never got. They were sent ************************************************************************************* two grand and a month's free rent. I was already behind. I have been sitting to wait to hear something from my landlord from these useless people. Never heard a single word.
