      I went to the ** in on March 1st and received a head and neck CT, on March 16th I paid my ** bill through MY CHART in full. The following two weeks after March 16th, Between March 16th and the end of the month, I get two calls at odd hours about owing $37.71 with zero information legitamizing thier claims. After March I receive no calls, fast forward to July 26th and I finally receive my FIRST paper bill and it is a notice of non-payment and that they will send that miniscule amount to collections. The bill itself has zero information on what I'm being charged for or if it is even legitimate. Regardless of this being a scam or not, which I think it is, this company behaves completely unprofessional and there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for thier billing tactics.

      You are literally just copying and pasting the same response for every complaint, probably because you get so many.

      Send me an itemized bill in the mail for services rendered and when or void my supposed "debt". Those are the only two options.

      12/7/22, 12/9/22 and 12/11/22 I was admitted into ********************* in Tacoma under emergency circumstances from 12/1/22 until 12/16/22. I was in a medical drug-induced state fighting pneumonia with sepsis. I had to have a chest tube placed twice to save my life. I met all of my out of pocket costs from my insurance during this stay. I was charged for three separate bills from TRA; two for the chest tube procedures and one random charge that they say I owe $90 for. The other two bills are $162.22 each. The $90 charge is wrong because I have an EOB stating they have an agreement with my insurance to not charge me for it. The other two NEGLECTED to get prior authorization which they had 48 hours to do. This has been going on for a year and a half and they are an awful company.

      I had an *** done at St. ********* in **********, read by radiologist *********************** of TRA. The *** was ordered twice, once by my thoracis doctor ********************** regarding a lymphangioma near my heart for comparison and also by my spine **************************. The lyphoangioma is mentioned no where in the report even though it still exists. ******************** needed the *** of the lyphoangioma to compare it from results in April to see if it's grown.I also was told that I would be told if there were any changes in my breast on this report, as I have breast cancer. There is almost nothing reported on my breast including a clip that was placed. I feel ****************** report falls below the standard of care and I am requesting a more thorough reading by another radiologist.

      I received service the first week of July, 2023 was billed 7/22/2023. I paid the amount if full $28.00 on 8/9/23. I received a second notice 9/29/2023 requesting the same payment for the same services. I returned the bill with a copy of the cancelled check. I received a notice of non-payment letter dated 11/9/23 threatening collections actions from an address listed as "AVS German *************" in ******** ** which i can find no information affiliating to TRA Medical imaging.

      Requested information:  PLEASE CLARIFY YOUR DESIRED RESOLUTION.

      Desired resolution is to have the payments made applied to the account and to have collections actions removed.  
      I would like to have the company review there process when paid responses are returned to them instead of being ignored and have paid ******** sent to collections.

      Had a bill show up that was paid immediately in full and now 5 months later, I was notified by a debt collector stating that I owe $5.76 which the company NEVER contacted about and my account was zeroed out when I made the payment. Now Im having to jump through hoops to dispute and have it removed off my report

      I have usually gotten bills associated with my doctor's visits at Viginian ***** on their portal website, or their associates have sent snail mail. This company did not send any bills to my house nor were they on the portal website. What I did receive was x4 collections papers. When I called collections which was a very small amount and in no way should have ever been sent to collections, they did not have any information. When I call the TRA they told me they had used a company on a TRIAL basis and had non of the records and had no information nor anything they could tell me nor a solution. Thats unacceptable. This affects people's credit which screws with their lives. Not only that but to have a collections agency start hounding a person is abominable.

      Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.  The collection agency does not report patient balances to the national credit agencies until the account has been with them more than six months.  We are transitioning to a new billing company, so during this transition we have limited patient account information for a period of time.  s why here...

      I am rejecting this response because what they are not saying is what I told them at their business, which is that my account went to collections when I had never received a bill. They had no information showing that I had ever been sent a bill. So no, this is not an acceptable response that sorry we dont have the information but we sent your bill to collections without giving you a chance to pay it. 
      They said well were transitioning to a new billing company and we have limited patient information. I understand that they can have limited patient information, but having limited patient information does not account for bills, not being sent out but being sent to collections.

      Back in October of 2022, I had to take my spouse to *********** because of severe knee pain. He got X-rayed for any fractures, etc. Now, hes insured under Tricare as he is a military member, actively. We just received a bill of $31.50 from this company and we know for a fact that his healthcare would have reached out if there had been a problem. I would like to suggest to this business that they either 1. Fix their system so that this does not occur or 2. Shut down because its a scam. Ive seen how many reviews youve had in the last three years and 12 months. Thats a concerning amount.Thanks,A rather irritated citizen

      Thank you for reaching out. TRA Medical Imaging provides x-ray read services for many urgent care facilities in the region.  It is possible for a statement to go out to a patient if the insurance information received from the facility is incomplete.       I received a "Notice of Non-Payment" notice saying it was going to go to collections. I have never receieved a bill. My insurance has paid this. They are thretening to take me to collections over $16.72. Web site takes you do a different web site. All of it seems so sketchy. The amounts are so low I bet many people who don't know better just pay it. Total SCAM.

      I am concerned about the authenticity of a bill we received in the mail from:Tacoma Radiological Associates ***************************************************** ************* ************************************************ Amount due: $35.78 Account #: ****************************** Charge ID: ******** Date: 01-06-23 A second address is listed at the top of this bill at:PO ******************************************** The above information is the information listed on the bill we received in the mail for my husband, *************************************. I contacted Tacoma Radiology Associates (not Radiological, as listed on this bill) who said ******* owed almost $70 (and this amount I paid). I attempted to visit the online address listed on the form and it is an invalid webpage. When I searched for the phone number online, I found warnings stating the phone number is not valid and is a scamming phone number. I wanted to submit this information so the BBB can investigate this false company to prevent anyone else from receiving this bill, mistaking it for a real bill, and paying the listed amount to a fake company.

      I'm sorry for any frustration you've experienced with a bill you received.  TRA provides professional radiology services, such as x-ray and MRI, for many of the hospitals in and around Tacoma.  Our charges are separate from the hospitals' charges for the technical portion of the service.   In 2022 we were partnered with a billing vendor out of ******* who sends out statements on our behalf.  The ************** phone number is a valid number for the billing vendor and is listed on our website.  We cannot provide patient-specific information in a public forum but if you call our business office at ***************, you can ask for our internal billing team who will do our best to answer any other questions you may have.  Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your concerns.

      My wife and I are very upset we received a copy of a lawsuit that was started against us by ****************** for services we do not recall at TRA. We supposably have four accounts that they are trying to recover but they do not specify who the accounts belong to. We never received any bills by TRA or ****************** even though they say they mailed them. We are concerned that it could be a scam to collect extra interest and fees. If the accounts are legitimate we would like clarification of the charges on those accounts and reach an agreement with TRA not ******************. It is unfair that we are being sued for accounts we have no knowledge of and that don't even show up in our credit history.
