      On sept 6th, i waited in line at Arbys for 20 minutes. inexcusable! but i did. then i asked them 3 times to repheat my fairly large order. ***** they repheated it. THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. i was missing two things- 2 expensive things, but was not goign to go back. i called 5 times. no answer. I have emailed corporate several times. no response at all. i went to the store. Manager no speak english. this is the absolute worst. being spoken to by a MANAGER IN SPANISH- i do not speak spanish. i do not want any lame coupons. I want my money back for the items i was missing. I spent lots of gas money to get there and get NOTHING In return. NOT OKAY. Shame on you! DO BETTER and fix this.

      On August 25,2022 at 1:53 pm, my daughters and I drove through Arbys drive thru after they had been closed for about 3 months due to renovations to get food that we had been craving for a while. We ordered because inside was still closed and was asked to pull forward and my daughter handed her her debit card (the only form of payment she has). The cashier said I need your PIN (out loud so that the cashier could input it) I was in backseat not paying attention on my phone we drive away and I realized what happened and my daughter said its ok I will just change my PIN which I said it is absolutely not ok, it is against the law. So I called asked to speak with manager and a girl answered said I am the manager I asked her name and she said I just got here so I dont know whats going on and you dont need to know my name sorry for whatever happened and then hung up on me. I made my daughter drive to the store and I had to walk up to the window because inside wasnt open,again asked for the manager and said if she was the one that hung up on me and she laughed at me refused to tell me her name walked away had the entire staff laughing at me and no one would tell me her name or would help me when I told them it was illegal for them to make my daughter give them her PIN number the manager said if I didnt like it I could go get my food somewhere else, which made all of the staff laugh even harder. **** also be filing a report with the police for making my daughter give out her personal and sensitive information.
