I ordered a delivery order $210 from Famous Daves online portal on 4/14th for 4/17th at 11:45am. I received email confirmations and paid for the food. I received a text at 11:28am with the link to DoorDash for the delivery. I started getting concerned after the 3rd driver dropped my order and it was 1 hour past the delivery time. I called the restaurant and the agent told me my order was lost, but they found it and it was going out asap. I asked for compensation and she forwarded me to her manager, ****. While talking to ****, I got an email and text that my order had been cancelled. **** said he couldnt find my order at all. He took my info and was going to escalate to the area manager to issue my refund. Ive called 3 times and the ** is full. Ive logged a complaint on the corporate website. I want a full refund immediatelyBusiness response

A complaint was filed against my restaurant on 04/19/2022 #******** alleging a refund has not been processed on our guests behalf. A refund was processed and issued 04/22/2022 to the complainant. Thank you.
