On December 6, 2022 I contacted CONNELLY company for emergency repair/tarping on my roof. They completed the work and I provided Insurance Claim number for them to be reimbursed. My insurance never received an invoice or any communication from CONNELLY company. I received a text message from CONNELLY company asking for payment. I spoke on 01/10/2023 with a representative, *******, and we updated contact information and he sent me the due invoice (INVOICE #****), the date of the invoice was 12/06/2022 and the DUE DATE was 12/07/2022. I never received any information about this until 01/10/2023. Then on 1/19/2023 I receive an email stating "15% interest will be added on every day this is late starting on the 23rd of this month, just wanted to give you a heads up." First of all, according to WSL RCW 49.70.177 that is illegal, and I do not like to be bullied or threatened; especially with ILLEGAL ACTION by a corrupt company. I called CONNELLY company today (1/19/2023) and no one at the company could assist me and said they would call back. Well according to the company I only have 3 days to pay a $800.00 bill, and no one to assist me with this at their office.
