My wife and I entered the ****** days $10,000 raffle in 2023 (on one submission). To qualify, you are required to have a sales representative come to your property, review your projects, and offer bids. We did this but the price points were a little concerning and the salesperson attempted to use some high pressure tactics to get us to bite. We declined as our roof still has a few years left. A few months later we received a call back - we won the $10000 raffle! They sent the sales manager out to review our projects. With a sour taste in our mouth from our last experience, we opted to vet their quality by utilizing the winnings to address smaller projects (with the intent to use their services for our bigger roof replacement if their quality was worth their higher price points). We never heard back from the sales manager and were informed later that the manager parted ways with the company. We were promised the replacement would take care of us. We have attempted to get the ball rolling and have lodged ~20 calls with the company, speaking with a variety of representatives - each one saying theyll ensure we are taken care of. To date, they have not contacted us proactively and only assuage our concerns if we call first but nothing ever happens.At this point, we are convinced the raffle is a scam to drum up leads where their aggressive sales tactics can take advantage of unsuspecting clients. Our only recourse is to alert the community to Tristate roofings deceptive practices.
