In September, I response to an Ads from tree cutting co. The man came to my residence. He looked at the tree and told me that the tree was healthy did not need to chop down. He suggested me to thinning the branches and the dangling branches that dangling to the neighbors so that air can past by between the leaves. He quoted me $600 without telling me if it included taxes. I listened to his advice to thinning the tree. However, I do not feel comfortable the tree so tall. I called him I prefer the tree should chop shorter. He added another $200 on phone without discussing how short I would like to chop off. I few days later, he called me his crew would come to work on the tree at 10 A.m. I thought he would come so that we can discuss how short to chop off tree. None of them showed up. Then, I got an email, they postpone to 2.p.m. By 2p.m. no one showed up either. Nearly 4p.m. someone showed up at our front yard without ******* or boss. They stood there idling would not start to work. They told me need to wait for ******* come to direct them what to do. Finally, additional crews showed up hour or more later but not the boss that I can discuss the tree cutting need. They chopped top few branches off and decided to leave! I told them that was not the job I discuss with the boss. A guy told me; they started to work 7a.m. They were tired they wanted to go home. The ******* also told me that the main tree alr

When we gave her the estimate, we told her it just needed wind sailed. It is a very healthy cedar tree. Someone in the past had topped the tree by quite a bit. She said the tree looked scary and wanted more taken off of the top. I explained to her the tree is very healthy and strong, that it did not need to have any more height reduction. I said that if you want we will take some more out. I said it will be $200.00 more. The crew went and did the wind sail and cut 10 more feet off of the top. They chipped everything and then cleaned up. I did take pictures of the tree before we did the work and then again after it was done. It clearly shows a reduction in height. I sent her an email stating that I will come back along with the ******* in charge that day and discuss the issue with the tree. We did meet with her again and she insisted that nothing was done.  The crew did exactly what they were supposed to do, which was windsail the tree and chip the debris.  She insisted that we cut more off the top top.  Our climber cut 10 more feet off of the top.  When we did meet with her she now want the tree taken down for the same price.  That is not possible.  She said she had someone who would come back and take the three down for $1000.00.  They would leave the would for someone to come back and take the firewood.  I told her that we cannot do it for that price.  To take the tree down, it would cost $3400.00 because of the work and the number of people to chip all the branches and to remove the wood.  She declined the offer.  I told her that she should have the guy that can do it for $1000.00 to get it done.  When we told her the initial price of $600.00 tax is always included in the price. My estimate that I had emailed her has the tax included, which she approved.  I have a copy of the estimate and job order showing what was to be done and that tax is included. Now she is insisting that I come back and take the tree down for the same price of $600.00 plus $200.00 for the topping of the tree and the tax of $80.00 which is $880.00.  She refuses to pay for the work we had performed.

I see that the guy tree service statement is buffering to public.  *************** indeed has conducting sloppy job.  The man came to quote me the rates.  He absolutely did not give me the writing quoted.  He is trying to defend themselves with not base of quality job.  No such matter that I had received their office clerk emailed me the quotes in writing $600 or $880 until after their crew came and gone then I received the billing.   Well, this is not my concern to argue this matter.
I pledge that **************** should conduct business moral manner to get the tree thinning and shorten to its reasonable quality.  ******** come to our place nearly 4p.m. Then, they stayed at front yard waiting and waiting for other crews to show up.  By the time they all arrived, it was nearly 5p.m.  They only chopped a couple piece on top branches.  They did not shorten main tree or thinning between branches.  The owner told me he would cutting the dangling tree hanging around neighbor yard also. ******** did not do any either.  Those dangling down tree still hanging there.
I asked the crew to thinning tree a little more decent quality.  They told me they started to work 7a.m.  They were tired. They wanted to go home.  The next day I received email billing $880.  I plead ******************* should have moral to conduct business.  They started to excuse that they have license and bond.  It is very expense to hire employees  I asked them how about go ahead chop off tree completely.  The man said it would be around $3,500.  I have someone offered ***** chopped off tree completely and haul away.  Why should I pay $3,500?
I intend to let someone work for this tree for $***** rate, completely chop off.  However, I believe *********** want to get pay, they should reasonably share the job responsibility and get the tree thinning to its fair quality job.
Attached, please, see the invoice that other tree service agent come to quote me for my rental house on October 12. They had the job done completely and paid on October 18.  They are license and bond.  They did a very good job.  I intend to let them work on my other 8 rental houses in ***********, Lynnwood and ****** also.

Please, I plead your power to convince that **************** Co.  should come to do  the job fairly so that I can get this unpleasant experience behind me.

      Thank you for your assistance,
      **********************
