Every experience that i have had at this location has been bad. *** extreme lack of communication. *** extremely rude front desk reps. *** reviews on ****** concur with my on Going experience. *** last few day's I've been trying to get a pre employment drug screen done. Yesterday i arrived at 9:37am didn't end up leaving till about 11 reason being the "escreen system was down" my self and others were upset that no one respectfully told anyone in the clinic that hey our system is down so it may be awhile before and if it comes back on. Ok i get things happen however why didn't people get notified. We don't have all day to sit there.. we have life's too. So today i was early. *** first one in the parking lot around 650am. Doors opened at 745. I approached the front desk put my name on the list. I had my ID in hand and ready. *** rep came up and rudely asked for ID and i said yep. She proceeded over to make a copy of id and she came back with ask me to fill a paper out asking for name and number to send a link. I responded back i already did that. Look at my paper. And before i could even pull my phone out to show her the link that was sent from being there yesterday it was still active. Even tho usually those texts expire. Well she got all pissy shes says im not dealing with you. I'm refusing you. Up until that point i was calm. I had gotten very fired up because i had been looking for a job to provide for my family.. and had wasted my time my gas my money to get a simple pre employment drug screen done. So i said some colorful words on my part.. but because of the ongoing issues at this clinic i now lost my good opportunity for a good paying job. All because of this individual. Im either requesting to either clean house and fix this well known issue. Or make this right. Because now this clinic has taken away my job opportunity. And note that i was not violent or aggressive. I spoke some colorful words after being refused for no legit reason.
