      I paid cash for a minivan, and was informed that there was a malfunctioning mechanism on the trunk door, but I was reassured it would be fixed ASAP, and it would be available for pick up the next day. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be significantly more complex than previously expected, and it has been over 4 weeks to diagnose the problem-- this was not entirely Motors NW's fault, I will admit that. The reason for the one-star review is because they assured me that they would call me back with updates SEVEN TIMES and did not, they were repeatedly deceitful when I inevitably called them for information, and they threw **** (the person who took us for a test drive) under the bus again and again. **** was a great sales person, who was very upfront about the issue-- he was not privy to the problems regarding the diagnosis, and was very apologetic that things had been handled so poorly. Every other sales manager treated my minivan as a non-priority, and only told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone/out of the office. I visited the dealership this morning, and was guaranteed that the ***** would call me today with an update, and to discuss changing the terms of my contract, and once again: no call. If they don't deliver my van to me by tomorrow, as promised, I will be demanding my money back and failing that, pursuing legal action.

      Truly, we are sorry. We let you down on this. We are let down. This is not us, we pride ourselves in follow-up as well as follow-through The follow-through was more than we promised. The follow-up was lacking, we are sorry for disappointing you. This was an exciting day and it would have been easy for us to shine. We failed.

      Our promise, unforetelling, was extremely burdensome for us, not your issue. The ***** dealer clocked more than thirty labor hours and over one thousand dollars in parts chasing the seemingly simple issue. Because we made a commitment to you, we spent much over half on the repair of the 7995 price that you paid for your new car.

      No excuses, the easiest thing we could have done is be in more constant communication with you.

      If I could leave a no star would be best, great place when you are purchasing the vehicle but after you sign the papers they have absolutely no interest in helping you with a s**** up on their end. You spent over $20,000 on a vehicle after you pay them for the LoJack system installed on every vehicle so its not an option to take off, they will not contact you at all concerning their mess up. Word to wise, read the fine print and dont trust a single word they say.

      **** and Alameda were absolutely great through the entire buying process and helped me get into my Jeep Renegade. I recommend Motors Northwest, this company has integrity and cares about its customers.
