I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They fraudulently advertised a vehicle that had significant undisclosed damage, which they failed to mention in the inspection report. After driving less than ***** miles, the car nearly caught fire while I was on the highway with a young child in the back seat. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the dealership offered no assistance and was incredibly rude to both me and my family.I paid nearly $8,000 for this vehicle, only to discover it was a broken car that the dealership failed to properly inspect. The manager has been giving me the runaround, and the salespeople have been avoidant and unresponsive. Instead of addressing the issue, they tried to upsell me, pressuring me to increase my down payment to $4,000, as if $1,000 wasnt enough. To make matters worse, the manufacturer has quoted over $4,000 in repairs for issues that were never disclosed during the sale. This dealership gave me a terrible deal on a defective car, and then blamed me, saying I signed the inspection sheet and accepted the vehicle "as is."I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with this dishonest and untrustworthy dealership.

Purchased 2014 Lexus IS250 on 07/28/22 from Titus Will Used Cars of Olympia. Less than **************************************************** 110 heat middle of nowhere. Called *************** to make him aware of my situation, told him I will need that warranty for this and asked my options to return the vehicle. *** texts me a picture of the warranty and tells me that he cant help me. I sat in unbearable heat and held my discomfort for multiple hours. My phone overheated and all I could do was call 911. $3k later with new fuel pump and more maintenance needed than a car should be legal to sell, my car still has problems. I submitted through United warranty in hopes of reimbursement. 08/9/22 *** calls me up to tell me that I didnt want the warranty therefore its been cancelled. (Completely disregarding our conversation when I was broken down describing my urgent needs) He tells me he has someone on the other line and that he has to go. Very unkindly. I gave them $15k down and now have to pay $15k more for a vehicle that isnt safe to drive. The dealership has a 48 hr protection guarantee to trade a vehicle of not satisfied. Why wasnt I offered this when asked? I want to return the vehicle and pick one from a different location with trusted professionals.

I purchased a 2013 ***** Volt from this dealership for about $12,000. The salesman assured me that every car on the lot goes through rigorous multi-point inspections and they only get added to the lot when they pass those inspections. Trusting the sales man at his word, I decided an outside opinion from an independent mechanic was not needed. A day after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the passenger side front tire. I called the dealership to let them know. They told me they do not have a service department at their location and that I would need to take it to their sister location. After calling the sister location, I was informed that they didn't have a spot open to look at the car for a month. I scheduled it. After waiting a month, and having the car looked at, I was informed that I need $2000 worth of repairs to the vehicle. The service manager called the sales manager from the dealership, and she had told him that they were not going to do anything about it. I feel like I have been ripped off and lied to about the quality of the vehicle I bought. I believe that them hiding the truth of the cars actual condition is a scam and borderline illegal. I would simply like to have the cost of the repairs at least partially paid for by the dealership. I feel this is a reasonable compromise to this situation, however the dealership does not want to do this and is not willing to work with me on any aspect of this problem that I am having. I appreciate any help I can receive in regards to this complaint.
