    ********************************* and her staff are rude. I've been going there for the past 5 weeks and paid almost 2k. Nobody offered me a surgical plan for my dogs fracture or advised me of any other treatment plans nor payment plans. One staff apologize to me my 3rd week being there , cause she was having a bad day when she was on the phone with me, being snappy. in person she made it clear to me, that it had been a busy day. What bothers me is , I was told the first week it was going to be 6-8 weeks for my dog to be in as cast, then 3rd week in I was told he had an infection, due to " water getting in his cast" . I believe that was a lie, my pet has been off his leg and in a dry environment. The cast was put on the dog irresponsible or must've been taking off by someone whom caused the cuts in his arm. When I had questions, they lacked knowledge and when I asked to speak to the doctor, they had attitudes. The doctor confirmed the last week when we talked one on one that the infection was not gonna be resolved with the cast on, but still put the cast on, she didnt care if my dog leg needed to be amputated in the future or not. I paid and one of the staff members wouldn't give me my dog back, unless i signed I was coming back to change out his bandages in 2 days, i verbally said i wanted a second opinion and didn't want to sign anything, just attitudes for no reason. I got a second opinion and I was told I needed to go the surgical route and see a specialist. 2k and 5 weeks later im starting at square one. I wasted time and money , felt uncomfortable my last few visits going there. The last person I came into contact with made me so uncomfortable and unhappy with their overalls service. I've been patient, positive and very respectful each visit and I feel frustrated the way I was treated. I want my money back for the useless bandages that was done. The infection should be cared for before the fracture. Im thinking the internal fracture could have gotten infected.
