Ordered product and payed with Zelle. Sent email as confirmation, no response. Sent email to customer support via n case the email provided didnt work still no response. Money transferred and shipping status says, The package will not be sent until the completion of payment.Business response

I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of the successful resolution of a customer complaint regarding an order placed with our company.
The customer reported an issue with their order **** where the item they purchased, unfortunately, ran out of stock. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and take these matters seriously.
We have issued a full refund in the amount of $62.70 to ensure the customer is fairly compensated for their experience. The refund has been processed, and we have notified the customer accordingly.
We deeply regret any frustration or inconvenience this situation may have caused, and we appreciate the customer's understanding throughout the resolution process.
Our team is committed to providing excellent service, and we have taken steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

On January 4 2023 I p[laced an order with Narrows Labs for two products, I had to make a payment in the amount of $153. The payment was to be sent by Zelle but I did not see the Zelle payment information and could not make a payment, that same day I sent to emails to *************************************** requesting the payment information. I did not get an answer to my email. On May 6, 2023 I made the payment with ***** using my son's **** of ************ account, I deposited the money in the account since I do not have a bank account. I sent the money and later that day I checked the order with Narrows labs since I did not get an answer to my payment, the I saw in the web site that my order no. **** had been cancelled. Every day I have been calling Narrows Labs to get an answer to my order or to get my money, I have sent several emails and I get no answer from them, no one picks up the telephone at **************. I have called several times, I want to get the product or my money back. I need help. from BBB.Business response

We did not receive any email from **************** prior to his BBB complaint. Per instructions after placing the order we instruct our customers to email us a screenshot of their payment confirmation but we have not received anything from him until this complaint. In light of this we have done our investigation and found **************** payment and shipped his order. Screenshots attached. **************** also mentioned he called but we do not have a phoneline our customer service is only contacted through *********************************** Here's a link on his tracking number **********************************************************************************
