I was told two months ago by a Le May manager named Destiny that because the garbage truck driver left a bag of garbage in my garbage container and did not pick it up, she would provide me a credit of $3.00. I have two bills from Le May and neither one of those bills show a credit of $3.00. I called and left a message with Destiny asking why I did not receive the $3.00 credit and she never responded.Business response

Here is a copy of the projected bill for the credit that is reflect on 7/10 in the amount of $4.82 prior to tax totaling $4.99. You will seen this on the billing statement for August - September as the prior statement for June-July had already been issued out. It wont let me attach the document to showCustomer response

On June 4, 2024, my outside garbage bin container was suppose to be picked up by the Le May garbage pick up for my neighborhood which is Tuesdays. I placed my garbage container on Tuesday on the curbside. There was still one plastic bag of garbage which remained in the garbage container. This was carelessness from the pickup driver who failed to empty out the garbage container. I demand an adjustment on my bill. I pay for a service which I am not receiving the full benefits for.Business response

Called and spoke to ************** advised as a courtesy would give onetime credit for a bag $4.82 for bag left in cart. Advised generally garbage should free flow out of cart and if he has any concerns he can reach me directly to try to resolve any concerns he may have.Customer response

On the evening of April 8, 2024, I placed my green garbage container along the curb at the front of my home for the Pierce County Refuse to pick up on their routine date for pick up which is every other Tuesday. When I open the green garbage container, the garbage was still inside the container. The Pierce County Refuse driver failed to unload my green container. All the containers, in my vicinity were emptied with the exception of mine. In the 31 years I have lived at my same home, this is the first time this has ever happen where the driver completely failed to even unload my green container or any container for that matter.Business response

************** subscribes to an Every-other- week garbage service and yesterday April 9th was not his regular garbage day. Spoke with Mr.. ***** about his schedule and addressed his concerns. As a courtesy moved service days per his request.

I have complained and complained about my garbage tops being left open. Management said they will take care of the issue but instead does nothing about this problem. They just keep saying that they have left notes for the drivers and there are substitute drivers which happens on a regular basis. I want this business to do something about this. During the rainy season we are approaching now, rain water gets all into my garbage container and when wet, the garbage substance stick to the inside of the garbage container.Business response

************* was made aware that the route was covered by a helper driver on this day and that his regular driver is very aware of his concerns about his lids being closed after servicing. We did send driver back same day to close the lid on his garbage cart. His account has been noted and the Operations Manager is monitoring. It did not rain on this day, so no water accumulated in the cart and the cart was corrected within a few hours of being serviced.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because this business knows full well if I have to call each and every time the garbage lid is open is a waste of my time. That does not resolve the problem. Coming back to my home to close the lid is a total waste of time. I can close the lid myself. I am not helpless that I cannot close my own garbage lid. This was a totally stupid response which did not have a lot of thought. The problem is the lids should not be open in the first place. Le May has poor management that they cannot hire drivers to read notes. There is no excuse for this lack of poor management.
