              May 17th 2024 3800 dollars for a 1hp 20gpm well pump they won't give me any information on the pump. He said pump doesn't come with any information that it comes in a cardboard box I think I got ripped off

              Castle Pump and Electric is a dishonorable business, they do vey sub par work at outrageous prices. I called *** the owner and said I have a ceiling fan I need installed. I said the job would involve removing a **** light, going in the attic changing the mount and installing the fan. I also said I had the mount and ceiling fan. *** said he charges 120 an hour and the job would take 1 to 1.5 hours (180 Dollars). Long story short took **** hours and charged 584. Had to repair my ceiling, the fan wobbles and they stripped several screws. Why would you quote 120 and send to guys and charge for both. *** does not answer calls after the job and does not run his business well.

              Sorry you feel this way. Our rate is 125 per hour and always has been. Its unfortunate about your old ceiling cracking out. That is the chance you take on working on something that old. Its hard to make it level when your ceiling is not level and you buy a cheap Chinese made fan. Also the parts you had were wrong, you said you tried to ***** yourself but couldnt. Yes I dont answer my phone when you call and text me all hors if the night. I was in vacation. Do you call or text your dr. *** bless and thanks for everything!
