      On January 17th 2023 I went in a location to purchase a part needed that they had in stock. When I went to pay, they said I could not pay with cash, that the company had changed the policy because of COVID 19. They only would accept credit cards. They failed to have a sign in the office that stated this policy. They failed to advise us in the phone before we spent our time traveling to their location to purchase the part. This policy is discriminatory in the way it penalize people who, don't have checks, don't have credit cards due to bankruptcy. I was present with my friend and I purchased the part on a Debt Card for him. So the trip was not wasted. Had he went by himself he would not have been able to get the part and would have wasted both time and gas going to this shop. Customers need to be informed of company policies like this before they come to the store. .

      Did not receive one part out of my order. Emailed and asked when it would ship, customer ********************** told me the part was on backorder until June 1st. I kindly let her know that I couldn't wait that long, and asked to cancel my order. Customer ********************** tells me the order is canceled and I will be refunded in 1-3 business days. I then go and order the part from another company (because I need the part).. Reliable parts emailed me back later that day stating the order could not be canceled, after they told me it would! So now I am going to be stuck with two of these parts on behalf of them lying about canceling my order. (and it won't even be here until June). It is not a cheap part. It's not hard to cancel an order, especially after you stated it would be canceled and refunded. Absolutely terrible experience. I want my order canceled and refunded

      Had a dryer timer set on hold. This was from a stock order that hadn't arrived yet and something the employee told me they typically keep 100's of on hand. I had to give a CC to secure the hold. Ended up not needing the part and a 20% fee was charged for a stock item.

      Return Policy

      Products/Parts will be accepted for credit, subject to the following conditions:

      Parts have not been installed and are in resalable condition.
      Parts returned within the first 30 days from date of purchase will be credited at your purchase price.
      Parts returned ***** days from date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
      No returns will be accepted on parts after 90 days from date of purchase.

      SPECIAL ORDER (Non-Stock) Parts will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances.

      Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
      Do not ship to us collect. If you do, that cost will be deducted from your credit.
      Accounts with average returns higher than industry standard may be subject to an additional restocking fee. This will be assessed on an individual basis.

      I ordered 2 parts from a company called PartsIPS and invoiced in the amount of $51.69.I researched the part number on the Whirlpool website using the model number of my cooktop and was given the part number specifically listed as the replacement part. PartsIPS did ship the part number I ordered, but it doesn't fit. I tried to call but the phone number on their website has been disconnected. They also advertised a ******************** for assistance and was informed they dont have one.I requested an RMA and refund instructions, and receive numerous nasty emails that did not address any of my questions nor give me any instructions to return the parts for refund.Finally I was sent an invoice from another company called Reliable Parts and the invoice is different than the original. None of the charges match the original invoice I received nor is it the amount that was charged to my credit card the same.
