****** paid on May 3, 2024 - charged 400 on vets personal Zelle and 218 on credit card Temp check on cat, fluids, and 3 shots( didnt tell us what the shots were or gave any proof of it), and 2 meds that are at most 20 dollars Gave no itemized receipt only receipt of payment on card Were using a dirty towel for cat to sit on and seemed unclean. Posted a picture of one of their papers that was dirty thereBusiness response

Explanation
May 3rd,******************* brought in sick pet. The exam room was cleaned and sanitized prior to being put in the exam room for examination. Complete examination was performed. Diagnostics and estimates were discussed in detail. The owner declined all diagnostics and was only ok and consented to what she signed on the payment sheet; see attachment. All treatment with injections and fluid therapy was performed in the exam room in the presence of the owner. After the treatment, in the lobby, ********* explained to the owner again all the charges for the payment and offered an invoice and picture of the breakdown of the charges. The owner was ignorant and negligible to even sign and date her client sheet page; see attachment. A recheck appointment was offered. Advised Emergency Clinic for afterhours.
Image she provided of Fruits and vegetable list is sitting in corner on the counter for owners to be aware of toxic list, and owners are free to take a picture of it. We replace this picture sitting on the corner of the counter weekly.
