I moved into apt 106 in mid November, the apartment directly above mine is obnoxiously noisy, they stomp on the floors all hours of the day and night. I have complained on several occasions and was told that their lease(upstairs, will not be renewed). I am a commercial vehicle operater and sleep is essential to doing my job safely i am not sleepingbecauseof the noise despitewearingear plugsto bed. I have been told the offenders have been given noise complaints, however this is not resolving the issue. I complained again recently and was informed that prime locations cannot do anything to resolve my complaint only that the upstairs neighbors lease will runout in about 6 weeks, this is not exceptable. I cannot nor will I tolerate the noise any longer, this noise problem is a prime locations problem not a me problem. I signed the same lease they did, I spent $1500 in moving expenses, not move in expenses, moving expenses, being disabled I had to hire help to get moved and moving will cost that much plus anew move in expenses...I am 52 I moved in to this apartment because of its location and cost, it cut down travel to and from work. I pay prime locations an incredible amount of money every month for an apartment and some peace and quiet, I realize I live in the downstairs apartment(do to my disability and my daughter's as well) so some noise is expected, this is not that it's hours and hours long, late at night I have been woken up as late as 3 am sleeping with earplugs in, disgusting. I am finding myself getting angry because i am a victim of poor management. I am tired when I get up for work because I sat up trying to get back to sleep after being woke by children running around the apartment, people pushing furniture around, scraping it across the ceiling/floors loud music slamming banging, etc etc etc. Enough is enough prime locations you are on notice solve your problems or the next notice you get will be a summons. I drive a vehicle in excess of ****** lbs being tired at work could result in someone's death.

On July 19 around 1 am, I walked out of my apartment to throw away a bag of garbage in the trash chute (2 doors down from my apt). I was not wearing shoes and someone had left a box of old clothes and garbage in the hallway. I tried to step around it and accidentally stepped on a paper bag. This bag contained old, ***** razors in it and one had cut my foot up, I bled.I informed the property manager, ******************* the following day. And she approached from a caring standpoint and stated Well, its good that you told us or we would have charged you for the carpet tile. (I was, in fact, later charged for getting injured not in my apartment but on PRIVATE PROPERTY managed by Prime Locations). I also reported the 4th flr neighbor I believed to be responsible for leaving the junk.Later that evening, another neighbors boyfriend threw a cinder block at the window next to me. And I reported this to the police. (In earlier years, another person who is now banned from the property for assaulting the manager had regularly harassed me and was reported to management at the time). They did nothing about this when I reported it, only when it happened to the manager did they do anything.Needless to say, I have had a tough week and an overall time here at 123 4th and it has been dangerous to live here. Not once have I been threatened by the homeless people outside, but I am in more danger of who they are letting in.To continue, ******************* did not do anything to make me safer. In fact, she added to the issue of feeling unsafe by entering my home while I was sleeping and when informed that I was not dressed by my husband, she would not leave and give me a moment to get dressed. (Entering was fine under the premise of water leak but she needed to leave and let me get dressed). I reported this issue to her boss.Out of retaliation, she then added charges such as the ****** carpet and leak to my rent fees. There is much more to this, but I am out of characters.

I put numerous work orders in to resolve a water heater issue. It went on for over a yr and a half until the water heater spewed HOT water for months. Floors and walls sunk and we got many upper respiratory issues. Once maintenance was on scene they wanted us to move or use my renters insurance for a hotel for a unlimited amount of time. I have 3 children. My fiance is a disabled retired veteran. We're on section 8 housing. They didn't help with movers for the apartment/townhouse move. I had to throw hundreds of dollars of food away due to the black mild throughout the downstairs. I recieved a move out letter yesterday on my door as retaliation from said landlord. There are many other facts to this case but I'm seeking legal counsel at this point. They need to be held accountable for the lack of management, workorders and my family being ill for over a yr due to negligence.

I resided for 5 years at **************************************, moving out effective 5/31/22. This property was managed by Prime Locations. They have refused to address my questions in my 5/20 & 6/1/22 correspondence regarding their failure to return the balance of my $300 deposit. My apartment was left in excellent ************* have the photo documentation to prove it, some of which I have already provided to on-site manager *******************. ********** Landlord-Tenant Act does not allow a landlord to charge for cleaning because of normal wear/tear. No walk through was completed by the on-site manager, despite my attempts to arrange. Resolution: Refund the balance of my deposit, less the water/sewer outstanding balance that was owed. If Prime Locations believes more of the deposit is owed, answer the questions in my correspondence & support that position referencing the relevant portions of my lease, the condition of the apartment in question and the support within the ** Landlord-Tenant Act. I can forward photos, e-mails referenced, upon request. Could not get them in accepted format noted below to attach. Thank you

This problem is in regards to East Side Circle Apartments, managed by Prime Locations. I received an email on June 30 stating my apartment was charging a monthly parking fee. I was assigned my parking space, free of charge in March of 2020. They now expect residents with parking spaces #1-80 to pay $25 per month and residents parking in #**-101 to pay $75 monthly. They state this is to continue making improvements to the property. However, last year they repaved all of our parking lots, but they have not told us how monthly parking payments would improve our community. We only have 101 spaces on the property, none of which are covered, garages, or have anything that warranties a monthly charge. If we do not agree to pay for our parking spot, we are not allowed to park on the property and will be towed if we do park on property. We are located at the end of a cul de sac with businesses surrounding us. Therefore, if we can't park inside our apartment, there is no other location to park without the potential of getting towed from the local businesses. I do not see how this is fair to any of the residents. I continued to pay my rent on time and in full during Covid and just renewed my lease, which was raised by almost $300. ****** the community manager was also very rude and short with me when I talked with her over the phone. I sent an email June 30th asking questions and never received an answer. She was aggressive, impatient, and dismissive. I am a leasing agent with Greystar and I have never, nor have my community managers, ever spoken to a resident the way she did towards me. Her excuse to not replying to my email was that she was receiving a lot of complaints about the new parking addendum. I would be ok with paying a one time fee to obtain my parking space, but I can not justify paying extra fees on top of the fees I already pay for the bare minimum my apartment complex offers. They are nickel and diming us and I feel it needs to be address.
