Extremely dirty room. Left two days earlier than planned. Blood spatter on back wall in bathroom. Legs bitten up. Had booked two rooms and personally spoke with front desk about one of the guests in the room having a disability. They put both rooms on third floor. Hotel had no elevator. Asked for use of a cart for luggage and they didnt have carts or anything for guests to use. This was one of the absolute worst stays Ive ever had experienced. Hotel manager only agreed to refund half the money back for both rooms and said we get what we get we had to find other accommodations for our family. We traveled from ***** wa due to the unexpected death of my significant others mother. Last thing we wanted to do having making hard decisions and saying final goodbyes was to come back to a stressful and potentially contracting a life threatening disease due to the amount of blood on walls ect.Initial Complaint

My husband and I had the misfortune of staying at your hotel from Sept 20,2023 to Oct. 18,2023 in room number 317. We found the management very unsatisfactory and think you should know and hopefully something will be done about this. My husband and I we displaced do to legal issues with our apartment complex and we were booked into one of your Super 8 Motel's here in ******,**. There was a new hire during our stay and he made me feel very uncomfortable. The front desk staff had been making things easy on me due to the fact I am Autistic and have very high Anxiety which makes having breakfast in the dining room hard so I was allowed to take breakfast up to our room and have breakfast with my husband comfortablely. But when this gentleman was hired 5 days ago nothing was said until Sunday October 15th during breakfast when I was getting our breakfast as I normally did and was confronted by this gentleman which he was very rude about it and would not listen to my explanation. I have PTSD from something that has happened in my past so being confronted by a man causes me to panic and when I panic I got argumentive not intended but he didn't want to hear any of it. We have been accused of smoking in the room, which was only because my husband did not go out the front door to have a cigarette he would go out the side door closes to our room so the complaint was made and not to us but to my case manager who made the reservation to get us out of the cold. I was bite by a brown recluse spider and have been trying to let the wound heal, now that it is getting so much better it's going to get worse because we are going to be back out on the streets tomorrow in the cold all because I complained about this one employee. Also there was complaints to my case manager that we destroyed some towels. I got blood on them yes when the spider bite ruptured and I had to clean it up but I soaked them to get it out but it was not good enough. They were rude about it.
