      Ordered a set of headlights in the amount of $899 and received a tracking number. However when I click on the link or try to access their website Im redirected to a go daddy site that says the domain is for sale. Theres no way to contact them via phone number, email, or website so theyve made off with my money. I see that there are multiple people with the same issues. At this point all I want is my money back since theyre not even in business anymore

      Ordered a custom pair of headlights for my 2013 Camaro in early September, 2023.Received an email from ***** the following day, saying It'll be around 2 weeks to 3 weeks. All we ask is a little patience, we build every set in our shop by hand..?the headlights are worth the wait...?If you have any questions feel free to email or call me anytime.Its been 5 weeks, no email, no phone call, nothing. Their website, Customheadlights.com, no longer exists. The phone number, no longer exists. Cant email the company at the provided email since the website is no longer in ************** of almost $1,000, that was basically given away to these scammers.Hoping for some type of resolution (Refund or the product I paid for)

      I ordered a pair of headlights for my 2017 ****** WRX on May 30, 2023 and still have yet to receive them. I received an email stating that my order would be shipped on July 1, 2023 with a *** tracking number. I have checked the tracking number every day since and *** states that the label was created but they have not received the package yet so there is no tracking number available. My fianc (*********************************) and I have tried contacting the company multiple times regarding this, we have left voice messages and have sent emails to try and find out where the package is and why it has not been shipped yet since July 1, 2023 and as of today July 26, 2023 they have not called or emailed either of us back. The money was taken from my fiance's bank account on May 30, ************************ the amount of $799.00.

      I received a call from Custom Headlights on 7/26/2023 stating they were making a new set of headlights and would be shipping it out today 7/28/23.  The woman I spoke with stated that she would text pictures for confirmation of the headlights in progress once we got off the phone and she would text and email the tracking number once the item was shipped on 7/28/23.  As of 7:51 pm EST on 7/28/23, I have not heard from anyone from the company since the call on 7/26/23, they have not text me with any pictures of the headlights in progress nor did they text or email me with a shipping number for confirmation.

      I ordered custom headlights from them and never received them. I ordered them 5/27/23. 2 days after I placed my order I got an email from a person claiming to be *****. The email stated that i wouldnt receive my order for 2 to 3 weeks. Their website never mentioned a waiting period but I waited anyway. I started trying to contact them 4 weeks later but no one answered the phone or responded to my emails. I then decided to dispute the purchase because Im paying for something I never received. After the dispute I decided to call again and someone finally answered but I was told the number was not a business so I reported this to my credit card company. A day later I received a text messages with an apology from Custom Headlights. The message said Hello ******* this is customheadlights. I replied to your email. Today your call came in on my personal cell phone. I was away at the time. I've had some pretty messed up calls and instinct kicked in. I was not aware at the time one of the guys played a joke and forwarded the shop phone to mine. I was out dropping off headlights to ship.out. I've tried calling a couple of times. I know this is so messed up I'm not happy either if I had known I would have treated the call very differentlyAfter reading this I responded by email and text asking for a refund. They stop responding again so I continue to ask on a daily basis. I have yet to hear anything else. All I want is my refund but at this point I believe Ive been scammed.

      I ordered for RGBWA DRL Boards for a 2021 dodge charger and unable to use the kit for my car even though it advertised that it fits my dodge charger 2021 sxt. I have tried to return the package but the refused to accept it not sure as of why, I have tried calling and email the company for an update on why they refused and have heard nothing back yet.

      I ordered custom lights for my 2020 Dodge Durango SRT the order was confirmed on 12/05/21 got them 1/20/22 installed the new light did not work I contacted the company 1/25/2022 lights sent back to company for repair. 2/4/2022 they got them I then got the lights again on 2/11/2022 got them back they were not working so I contacted the company. 2/14/2022 another follow up ***** informed me they would be fixed again. I sent them back again on 2/21/2022 then I got them back on 3/22/2022 they worked for a while then electrical components burned up on the lights 1/1/2023 I spoke to ***** in February and she told me she would get back to me but nothing. The mail box for the company is full and you cannot leave any messages. I would a full refund on this defective product.

      order for Dodge Durango custom headlights by **************************** in dec 2021, she received the custom handbill headlights January 2022, when she placed the order there was details on the order page for anyone purchasing custom headlights there was a 1 year warranty. custom headlights are built with flowing style customized parts due to them being the flowing style there is a possiblility of issues occurring but we would repair those issues as fast as we could. we helped the customer lynsie ******* with shipping costs fixed the issues she was having. extended her warranty fixed the next issue. We are now even more past the warranty time frame. we did speak with someone on the phone they never gave there name back in early janurary 2023 letting them know we would still be willing to help but we needed pictures of the wiring connections because the phone call of what was happening which was halos didn't turn on and drl color changing didn't turn on which lead to the controller box getting water into the connection clips. when we ship out custom headlights we also send install instructions with them and in those instructions we include that all connection clips need a very small amount of die electrical grease added so water does not get in because if it does everything will stop working. all we asked for was pictures to show us those connections and we would still help ***********;******* with the issues she was having. We also have a very clear policy on our website no returns or refunds on installed products. lynsie ******* has had the headlights for 2 years now installed on her truck. if lynsie ******* doesnt want to have the headlights on the durango anymore thats her choice

      after they had been installed theres no refunds because the product is used. after 2 years they are very used. a side note the controller parts we do send with the headlights but they are not covered under warranty after 90 days of use. we where trying to help ***********;************;determine the main problem and we had been given clearance to give lynsie ******* a discount if they needed to purchase a controller unit.  phone voice mail is full every morning by the end of the day its empty. we have even texted lynsie ******* letting them know we would call back as soon as we could I do see there where 2 times the phone call was not returned by the 3rd day. our apologies for this mis understanding and hopefully the customer decides to re open talking with us so we can help. if they choose not to then wish lynsie ******* the best. thank you Cassie ******************************

      On 9/9/22 I ordered some headlights from this company in the amount of $599.00 , and they gave me a waiting time of 2-3 weeks. So it has almost a month and a half and they have yet shipped my order. I have sent emails with no answer, I have tried to call them and they don't take the calls. It has been long enough and I would like a refund for my order. Can you please help me with this issue and stop this company from robbing or lying to other people.Order#****
