On 18 February 2023, I went in to get a Brazilian wax. The total cost of this service is $75.00. I was erroneously charged for a Brazilian, eyebrows, and inner thigh wax. The total for services and tip was $134.00. The name on the receipt is *************************. I immediately let the assistant working at the desk know, and she told me that since her manager was not on site, she would have to make a call, and that I should receive a refund in two days. One week later, I went in to report that I hadn't received my refund. I was told that it was probably the snow storm that caused the delay and to check again in **** business days. To date, I have not received the refund for being overcharged. I want a refund to include my tip of $59.00Initial Complaint

I purchased a 12 time wax pass from EWC for $1404 on 6/21/22. Since then, I have been able to redeem 5 of those passes and 7 are remaining. The last two times when I had scheduled 2 hour long appointments on Saturday mornings (most recently, 1.28.23), I showed up early and no one was even there to open the store. When I called to see what was going on, they said that they had left a vm 15 mins prior informing of this and requesting that I reschedule. That was totally not acceptable because I was already in route to the appointment and not answering my phone on the road. I was furious as this was my second attempt at getting the services I have already paid for, to no avail. I talked to probably 3 people at the call center who promised I could be refunded for the remaining services once a manager reviewed this case and could reply by the weekday. This appt was important to me because I was heading up for a romantic bday weekend with my husband and wanted to have the fresh wax. I received a long winded vm from a manager stating that I could either get extra passes or a refund and I just needed to call back. Now I have been calling and each time I call, the person I am speaking with doesn't have the power to refund me and I can't reach "Summer" the manager who promised the refund on my voicemail. Now it is the 6th of Feb, I called the call center again and the woman I spoke with told me she needed to fill out a webform to see if I can have my refund "mailed". I don't understand what she means and how to "mail" a refund. I need help getting my money back and a little concession for all the time I've wasted driving about 7 miles each way, 2X and all the time I've spent seeking the refund.
