I planned a birthday party here for my son, in the arcade, to take place on 11/19/23. I signed a contract on 10/17 for a 15 guest minimum, but you can have a *** of 20 guests; I was under the understanding we would be charged extra for the additional guests depending on how things turned out. I let them know 2 days before the event that we might have up to 20 kids at the party. Unfortunately, several kids got sick and we only had 15 kids at the party. Even though we never used 5 of the 20 Fun Cards, Big Als charged me for 20 guests! On the day of the party, the staff working there told me I could get a refund for the 5 cards not used. However, two days later, I received an email that I was not eligible for a refund even though my contract was only for 15 guests!! If I had least known I wasnt getting a refund for those 5 cards, I wouldve given them to the other parents so they didnt have to spend their own money. What a scam.-------------------------------------------------------I attempted to reach out to ******************** I received a call from Big Al's event manager ********. It was explained to me that because I had given them a heads up 2 days before that there might be up to 20 kids coming to the party, ******** went ahead and updated the contract without my consent. If I had just shown up the day of the party without any notification in advance, I wouldn't have gotten overcharged if fewer than 20 showed up. So I guess it was my fault for trying to be respectful and give them a heads up. They apologized and said they will try to do better in the future with their communication, which is great for them, but they have made no effort to refund me for the 5 Fun Cards not used. They state that it's "part of a package" and they're not able to do that. If that was the case, their staff should not have told me that I'd be getting refunds for the 5 cards not used, as I would've given them to other family members so we wouldn't be paying double.

I went in for food and bowling with some friends and my son on 3/13/2022. I have a service dog that Was with me while I was attending ******* in *********, ******. At the end of our bowling, upon returning my bowling shoes, an employee named **** tried to tell me that I couldnt have my service animal in the building. I told him it was a service dog. I also tried to explain that he was violating my rights in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities act and he promptly said that it is corporate policy since they serve food that I couldnt have my service animal with me. He also tried to tell me my service dog had to be marked with a vest which is against what the Americans with Disabilities act states. I tried to tell him that was incorrect and again he stated that is what corporate policy states and when I told him corporate policy does not ***** federal law he started having a negative attitude and demeanor towards me. I feel as though he blatantly and wholeheartedly had no care for the law and was intent on violating my rights protected under federal law, which in accordance to the Americans with Disabilities act he did violate. This was a very disturbing situation to be in and it upset not only me but my young son as well who was with me when the employee stated all these things and started trying to argue with me about me not being able to have my service animal in the building. I again calmly repeated it was a service animal and that he was violating my federally protected rights and then decided to leave as he was continuing to try to violate my rights and tell me I couldnt have my service animal with me in accordance to company policy.
