The transaction occurred on 12/14 where I paid KlassyKeiKouture a $50 deposit for a hair service that I never got. The business canceled the service at 2:26pm on 12/16 (the date of the scheduled appointment). I waited at the business until 2:35pm before leaving. It was at this point that I realized that the business was never going to text me back or allow me to attend my scheduled appointment at 2pm. I waited from 2pm to 2:35 before leaving. I sent a final text at 2:35 requesting a refund since the business clearly was not responding to me. At this time, the business never addressed my request for a refund. I am requesting a refund because the business did not complete the service nor did they have any intention of completing the service. I never got the business's full address (i.e. apartment number). They never answered the phone when I called them at 2:02pm that day. And they mysteriously stop responding to my texts from 2 to 2:35.
