around July 9th 2022 our issue is the owner of the Company demanded final payment before the job was finished. Told us they would come back to finish what he calls warranty work. They came back once with the wrong materials, Told us had to order the cabinet face. We get no response from **** or he gives a date for them to return and they never show up. **** told me last week they would be here today 9/5/2023 and no one showed and he did not contact us. this has been going on for *************************************************************************************** replaced, At this point we just want the company to finish what they started and do it correctly. I have all the texts between the two of us and plenty of pictures as well. We also have issues in the bathroom they did like the shower door handles are offset. I have on paper saying they would order it but he never has to our knowledge. I just want the job done and done right, not wait another year. I get the feeling that **** knows we cant do anything to him due to the amount of money we forked out. A year of "haven't forgotten you we are just busy" is beyond old. This company took us for alot of money and the work does not show what we paid for at all. I sent pictures to **** the owner and I have them on my phone as well. this is not 79 thousand dollars worth of work!!!Business response
