This dental facility removed an anchor tooth from a permanently placed bridge and rendered my upper appliance useless. I kept a diary of the odd things I noticed around their office and presented them with it but received no response to my issues. Their only offer to repair is for me to spend more money at their establishment which I will never trust again. I want a full refund of all funds, including the money billed to the dental insurance so I can find someone else to repair the damages.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I fail to understand what HIPPA laws have to do with this issue and waive any obstacles that would prevent a claim from moving forward. This business took my money, did not deliver a satisfactory product, has not even admitted that any mistakes were made, has not offered a route to repair the damage except to spend more money at their establishment and I want a full refund of all monies paid. I have initiated a claim with United Healthcare and will follow additional avenues in order to achieve some kind of satisfaction for the damage done and the repair work that will still need to get done.
