I purchased the bike in July ****** week after the purchase the kick stand fell off the bike. I called Zoom to order a new kick stand and the woman I spoke to said she did not have the part number to re order and she would call me back. A week went by and i called again to find the status. The same woman answered the call and said she still did not have an answer. A week after that the derailer fell off of the bike and bent the rear wheel spokes. I called again and left a message. No one called me back. I ordered a new derailer from Amazon, however it is not the right one. And we are left with a bent rear wheel. I was able to straighten the wheel by tuning the spokes, but it is still bent. I called again to Zoom and left a message , no response. Called again a week later, no answer. 4 weeks ago, the *** display and controller burnt out. I called then and a week after, leaving messages each time, no one called back. Please understand, I am a master mechanic, I have the knowledge and capability to properly assemble bicycles. The quality of this bike is poor at best. My confidence in the bike I received is very low. I understand that you will send me warranty parts, but I believe you should warranty the whole bike and send me a replacement. 16 emails and Zoom will not take accountability for this issue. They will not honor the warranty, they will not send a replacement, they will not refund.
