I purchased a stock for a BRN-180 from F5 Mfg in early April. The stock arrived and appears well made. However, the stock does not fit a dedicated BRN-180 lower receiver and only fits a threaded AR buffer tube style receiver. It does clearly state this in the product description nor does it have a clear view of the attachment area to delineate that. So, for my purpose the stock is not usable. I contacted F5 and asked what they wanted to do. Please see the attached emails. Their customer service rep instructed me to send it back with a written explanation as to why it is being returned. The stock was returned with a printed copy of all of the emails contained within the return box along with the stock. The stock was not installed or used in any way. It was returned in the same carton that was used for shipment to me. The tracking information shows it delivered to the specified return address provided by F5 on 28 May. I have attempted to email F5 three times without response.Initial Complaint

We issued this customer a refund prior to this complaint. We clearly disclose that we have a 2-4 week delivery. We did not take the customers money as he suggests, he made a purchase
with clear notice that we have a 2-4 week delivery policy - the customer has been refunded and we kindly ask that he take his businees elsewhere.

I placed a order over a week ago. Still haven't heard anything on ** order so I sent a email out 3 days ago still nothing. Finally I called today and I got the rudest person told me instead on just when my order will be shipped out he tells me that he will cancel my order. Thats great customer service I was just looking for a update instead I tell him ny order number I get a email that my order has been canceled.Business response

We issued a refund to this customer, the credit was automatically sent to his email. This complaint should not be on BBB.
We simply refuse to do business with this customer.

I included response ***** this company. I asked for my order not a refund I want what I paid for and been waiting over a week for. In the text I have supplied shows horrible customer service . No one should have to go through this kind of abuse from a business.Initial Complaint

I ordered a stock from this company march 1st. This buttstock was labeled as in stock so i expected a reasonably timely shipment. I contacted the business owner on the 4th when he explained that this item still needed manufactured, so thats the first lie (I might also mention false advertisement). In stock means completely assembled, boxed, and ready to ship. He said my product would ship out that day. Nothing, 2nd lie. I called on the 7th, followed by the owner saying the product would be completed and shipped that day. Nothing, 3rd lie. I then called the owner on the 13th expecting another lie. Just as I expected, he told me there was no way he wouldnt be able to get the product shipped out that day and would call me back in 15 minutes to confirm (of course that never happened). Nothing, 4th & 5th lie. Now as I even try to check on my order status, the website has either been taken down or I have been denied access. I have already contacted my bank to send a back charge, considering I already paid for this product. All I need is to make sure I get my order cancelled as I do not trust this company to give my money back and there is now no physical way (calling or through the website or email) to get in contact with them. Im going another route with a different company and once this company finds out my bank is taking my money back from them, rightfully so, they will finally try and send me this product to recoup their loss. If that happens my lawyer will be in contact. It is not anywhere close to unreasonable to expect a timely shipment of a product you have already bought and paid for. Especially when its labeled as in stock.Business response

I placed an order back in December and it was an out of stock item. My payment was processed and funds were taken. Ive had at least 4 phone calls with ***** and sent emails regarding the situation requesting a refund for a product that is not in stock and has no future eta for orders. I was told the the actual owner of the business was notified of this issue (more than once) and it will get taken care of. Its not an insane amount of money, $314, but its the principle of me paying for something and not getting it and being told I would receive a refund and them not following through. The next step is reporting fraud to my bank about this company. They have very poor customer service and are just too busy for how small of a company they are. I can no longer reach an actual person when I call.Initial Complaint

Placed an order 10/11. Tried to make contact about my order but never heard back. The order was marked as shipped on 10/26 but as of 11/2 the item hasnt even been picked up. Tried to contact them again just to realize they blocked me. I dont believe Ill hear back or get my purchase so Ill be contacting my bank soon. Spend your money else where.Business response

I placed an order for a stock on June 27 2023 and it has remained in an order placed status for almost 2 months , I reached out to F5 customer service for updates and received no contact from them, after six days I finally resubmitted and email requesting a refund only to further research their atrocious reputation and customer service. So I am preemptively submitting this complaint as it seems to be the only proven method of receiving compensation or contact from them in regards to failed orders.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a jackl upper with f5 stock for ******** on June29 2023. I never received any information other than payment pending for one week and money came out of my account the same day order was placed. I contacted them via email and **** responded back saying they would be shipping out the following week. I emailed ***************** the following week wanting updates and he responded back on Tuesday the 11th saying it would ship out tomorrow which would have been Wednesday the 12 but I never received a tracking number so I gave them till today Friday the 14th and now they have gone silent. I emailed him twice today once at 8:30am and again around 2pm. I didn't do any research before I made a purchase I believed they where a trusted company because they sell parts to palmetto armory which I buy from and trust ,that was my mistake. After having issues with them I started researching and found reveiws on here and other sites of people going threw same thing I'm dealing with. I just want my order to be shipped I don't understand how you can tell someone your going to do something and don't do it and do not explain why it wasn't shipped. On June 6, 2023 I ordered a PSA **** Upper and Stock combo. This was order #******, and its been over a month now. I paid ******* USD and Im fed up with stalling while they sit with the money I paid. I understand it takes a week or two to ship but they printed out a shipping label instantly to make it seem like they were working on the order, but through my emails they keep stalling and saying it will be the next week or blaming PSA. *********************, the owner of the business, stated he would issue a refund via check after an ongoing issue where I was given information to return a product. He still has not issued a refund. I paid his company $400 and I have nothing to show for it. I already filed a complaint with BBB and he called me to yell at me on the phone. Still no resolution.
