I'm trying to cancel my Gold's Gym membership. Gold's Gym gave me bogus information to use - ************************************************ to cancel my membership. This doesn't appear anywhere, similar to the complaint about Gold's Gym issued here on 8/29/2022. I was told to use this number: ********** to cancel.Business response

The information you were provide in not bogus information. That is the correct email address to request cancellation. This email address is also on your membership agreement as the simplest way to cancel your membership. We show that we received your cancellation request email on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. It takes approximately 2-3 business days before you will receive a response confirming cancellation however the date of your cancellation notice is the date of your email. An email will be sent confirming the details of your cancellation request. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see a response in your inbox. Regards.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past four months. They gave me this address of members services at golds gym 1965.com. It does not come up and I cannot figure out how to cancel it so my net member number is ********** please cancel as soon as possible. The staff cannot cancel it and there is no one to talk to on the phone and if you ****** this address it just does not come up.Business response

Hello and thank you for bring this to our attention. Our cancellation process is to simply email us at *********************************************** Cancellation require 30 days notice. We will process the cancellation and send you a response that it is complete. It appears that maybe you are doing a search like a ****** search. It is an email address. We will take this notice as your cancellation and process it immediately. Based on paying last months dues upon joining, you will not be billed anything further. You do have access to the gym through 10/15/2022 should you choose to use it. Thank you again for being a member and we wish you much success on your continued fitness journey.
