******** installed 2 ********** indoor head units attached to an outside Inverter Heat Pump on 12/08/2023. Their project #********. The work was completed on that day but one of the indoor units had a front fan blade that was broken from the gear designed to move it. We were told it was a simple warranty issue that would be repaired as soon as the new part was received from ********** so we paid $10,021.01 in full on that date.It took a couple of telephone calls to get ****** to return in March but he said while he was here that the part he received would not fix the problem. He was going to return to the shop and find out what was needed and return as soon as possible so that our new unit would work properly (the fan blades are not able to move).My husband, ******, has been calling enough that the receptionist now recognizes him by his name and she can give no explanation for the lack of a return call from ****** after so many attempts. At approximately 9:00 am today she let us know that ******* would be calling ****** very shortly to finally but an end to this crazy process. It is now 11:45 and despite posts on all the social media sites and 1-star reviews we still have not gotten a call from ******** much less a solution to an 8 month old problem.Business response

Management was first made aware of the issue on July 11th, 2024 when the customer wrote negative reviews on multiple social media accounts. Our Install Manager, *******, reach out to the customer right away to resolve the issue. Turns out that we failed to follow up on a part that we ordered for a local vendor. We now have created a process internally to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. Our Install Tech fixed the system by installing the part needed on July 19th, 2024. Our service manager, ******, reached out today and spoke to ******. ****** said the system is now running correctly. ****** apologized greatly on the behalf of the company as this is uncharacteristic of our services and hold ourselves to a higher standard.Customer response
