Hired AJ cleaning service to clean the inside of an empty, air conditioned house before we moved in. Didn't show up Saturday, Sunday she left after after a couple hours after complaining of the weather. Monday cleaned. Didn't discover how bad it was until we moved in Sat/Sun. Horrible. Mold, cob webs, dead bugs, ************ everywhere. We saw she did some cleaning but certainly not close to what was discussed/promised. She immediately sent us a **** when she left for a surprise of $760 (for an empty **** sf house). She's called 8x daily for the past 6 days about paying her. We hadn't moved yet & needed to see it first. We spent hours cleaning when we pulled up late Saturday night before move in & had to finish moving Sunday. Emailed/Phoned her Mon to tell her we would pay her but needed a reasonable **** & included photos of the nastiness. She screamed, threated, wouldn't let us speak. She was unreasonable. We paid **** 20 minutes later just to make the harrassment stop. This is wrongBusiness response

This was a very unfortunate situation. I bid this job for the sealer. I was contacted by to do extras. I let him know I'd do my best. The job was scheduled for Friday afternoon. Unfortunately the heat was over 100 degrees and not a safe working environment. Do I moved the clean to Sunday. I spent 5 hours Sunday cleaning before the house heated up. The house is 3 stories. Within in 10mins the temperature jump. It was unsafe to finish. I met the husband the next morning and went through everything. The job got finished. He even contacted me about the invoice saying ot wasn't high enough. After speaking he realized the error and stated I'd be paid by his wife that day without issues. This was Wednesday. I received no response. Ignoring my phone calls and emails NOTHING. Monday morning I received a call from an unknown number from a lady who was being very rude. She proceeded to yell at me, and was refusing to pay.
1. I never spoke to her.
2. Her husband stayed at the home all week.
3. I made it clear I wasn't opening the window clean the tracks. It wasn't safe.
This whole ordeal should have been handled differently. I spent 14 hours cleaning and charged for ***************** is key. She didn't communicate until I had enough.
