This place is a mail and business center. They did not adequately wrap the item that was being shipped from *********, ********** to *******, **. The packaging job was so incompetent, there was 0 chance of it arriving in one piece. It should have never left there store in such a manner. The item was a picture with a glass frame that has been in my family for 40 years. To ship the frame from *********, ** to *******, **, they put the thinnest single sheet (see picture) of bubble wrap around it (picture attached). After contacting the business, explaining the situation, and sending them pictures, the manager would not accept responsibility and refused to pay for the damage. If I knew they weren't going to wrap it like a reputable shipping center, I would have taken it somewhere else. Everything else I shipped from ********* to ******* during the same time frame made it without issue and was wrapped appropriately for the package. The only difference is I didn't use this mail and business center for those items.Business response

To whom it may concern.
In response to ******************** complaint, he seems to have misrepresented a few things.
First, it was not **************** shipping the items, but his mother shipping items to him, and the other items that were shipped to him were in fact shipped from our store, because his mother shipped 3 boxes to him that day.
Second, the item that was damaged by *** was packed according to his mother's wishes. We told her at the time that she might want to take it to another location because at that time the store was out of the proper packaging for that item. His mother chose to send it anyway and did not want to pay for additional packaging. His mother told ** to ship it the cheapest way possible and she didn't know why he wanted it shipped in the 1st place.
So, with this in mind, I believe ******************** complaint should be directed to his mother, not Mail and Business Center, we packed and shipped his items as we were instructed too.
