Scam. I tried to purchase a **** Honda Civic that would be on the lot in a week. The first sales person said I could not purchase it or put down a down payment unless I agreed to buying $3000 of extra services/warranty. The second sales person then quoted me more for the same extra warranty. When I asked about it, I was told they're doing that because the car isn't on the lot yet and someone may offer them more.

First time ever purchasing a used car at dick Hannah Honda last year, and I recently took it in to get serviced and the mechanic told me the underside of the car was covered in undercoat (used to cover up the rust that was all under the carunbeknownst to me). That it was so bad a couple bolts had already broken. While looking at the car, I asked the salesman *** who was helping me, about a small amount of rust I thought I saw on the hitch and he assured me it was totally normal and not to worry about thatassuring me it was a great car to buy. So I trusted him and really believed him and never thought someone would lie about things this big just to make a sale. Other things about the cartemp in Celsius, which I also asked *** about and he said it would be an easy fix to switch to Fahrenheit and said he would send me links to ******* videos so I could do it myself. When I asked him if he could do it for me he said he didnt know much about the car and I should just watch the ******* videos to do it myself. About a month later and no luck figuring out how to switch the car to Fahrenheit I texted *** asking for help again and he said he was out on paternity leave and basically couldnt be bothered to help me. I came back after some time to attempt to remove a useless warranty **** had insisted and pushed I get and they gave me the most difficult time trying to remove it. When I got there they had me waiting around for someone to help me. Meanwhile I was being harassed by a different salesman about wanting to trade the car. When **** finally arrived to help me he continued to convince me not to remove the warranty. Not to mention the entire time of signing the paperwork when I bought it initially **** continually tried to find out personal information about me and trying to get me to hang out with him. It was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Horrible experience. Now Im stuck with a car thats totally rusted.
