Hi, On July 2nd I ordered and paid for two parts from Dick Hannah Volkswagen parts department over the phone. They did not tell me that the parts were not refundable otherwise I would have not ordered them. I didn't find this out until that following week after the holiday on either the 5th-7th. When I called Dick Hannah Volkswagen to tell them that unfortunately I ordered the wrong parts they then told me the parts were not refundable. So I had my roommate take me down to pick them up because I figured I paid for them I might as well pick them up anyways or they will go back on the shelf or sent back.They have not been opened and I still have the receipt. All I'm requesting is a refund.Thank you for your time,Sincerely, *************************Business response

Hi,I ordered two parts from Dick Hannah Volkswagen Auto Parts on July 2nd 2022. DH Volkswagen auto parts said they probably would not be shipped out until after the holiday. I found out on July 6th they were not the parts that were needed and the mechanic ordered different parts. I then called D*** Hannah on the 6th or 7th I believe to let them know I didn't need the two parts and wanted them refunded. They then told me that they were Not refundable in-which I was surprised because they never mentioned that on the phone. So I had my roommate take me to D*** Hannah to pick the parts up since they would just send them back and I still would have not received a refund. The parts have not been opened and I have the recipe for them as well. All I would like is a refund since I can not use them.Business response

We have contacted ******************** and advised that we will refund his purchase. He is going to bring the parts back to our store and we will issue a refund. He was happy with the result. We advised him our of our store hours and he said he would come down soon!
