    I have been trying to contact monster lair beard products company for two weeks about my order not shipping. Ive had zero response from them on the status of my order or even a response back. Have used their message on web site emailed them several times.

    Made my order almost a month ago. 8 days later I received and email it shipped. The tracking has to this day just said **** was awaiting the package. I have reached out to them multiple times to get no response. I have requested a refund for the past 16 days every single day. No response. This company is obviously a scam. They refuse to send my product or my refund.

    On 8/2/2024 I ordered an ultimate bundle. On 8/9 it was marked as Shipped with no tracking number attached. I reached out to them asking for a tracking number and **** stated that that was odd and she would look into that for me. I did not get a response after that. On 8/23 I reached out again and asked for a tracking number for the order that was never received. She then attached a tracking number from a previous order that was already delivered to the missing order. I pointed out this error and she said she would ship out a replacement and provide a new tracking number. That has not happened and they will no longer respond to my messages or emails.

    Placed an order with this company and not only have they not shipped the order, they have ignored ALL emails and phone calls (2 emails 1 phone call). Looking online, they have a reputation for taking money, not sending orders and ignoring any and all contact methods. They seem to ONLY respond to Bank disputes or BBB complaints.

    I would like to say that I am 100% with order delays but the entire issue here is that the company does not communicate.

    I escalated this to the BBB simply because any inquiry about my order was IGNORED. No responses are a huge red flag. This entire thing could have been avoided if someone would have bothered to have gotten back to me. A simple notification that the order is delayed. But instead was met with dead air.

    With the order received, a refund is no longer necessary

    Please do better. Your products are actually decent, but customer service MUST be invested in.

    I ordered items from these people on January 6th ****. I got an email saying a shipping label was created on the 10th of January ****. It is now the 19th of January and **** tracking still says label created awaiting item. After many attempts in contacting Monstet I finally got an email saying the item went out on the 10th, which is a lie. There ad states standard shipping takes 5-7 days. I am still trying to contact them and they ignore me! I asked for a refund and they ignore me!

    This order was shipped on January 10, ****. Unfortunately it seems **** did not scan the label until January 22nd when it arrived at the hun nearest ************. We explained this to *********** and apologized several times for the lack of available information. We offered to resend the items if they did not show up, and explained that we'd be happy to issue a full refund if he would like to return the items. We have not heard from him since our last message offering a refund. The order has now been delivered, and as one can see from the tracking information, it was shipped on time.

    I placed an order with this company on 11/27, was told processing before shipping with Black Friday would be about 3/4 days, and order was marked shipped 11/28, fantastic! Except after a week *** still had not received my package (this is now the third time this has happened since June with this company, the two previous orders were with my husband and took about a month to resolve after multiple contact attempts from both of us). Anyway, I chatted in because their number always goes to voicemail saying to chat or email 12/04. I advised **** what was going on and she said if no movement by the next day, it would be reshipped. Next day comes 12/5 and still no movement, said itll be shipped by the end of the day and she will email the tracking. Late that night I chat again for the tracking and was told labels would be created in a few hours and it would be emailed. By the next day 12/6 I still had not received any communication or tracking information. I try to chat in and they arent open and say they will email me back (never do) I finally get ahold of **** again in chat and she sends me the tracking and refuses to refund shipping cost, she stops replying when I ask why and I send multiple messages while still active on the chat. (Btw they wait up to 30mins to respond between chat messages) A few hours later I see in my spam folder she sent an email stating her chat stopped working and she would send a gift card for the shipping and have the package out (never got a gift card) I responded TWICE telling her the tracking she provided me is the SAME **** tracking associated to the original *** Surepost tracking, NOT A RESHIPMENT. Not one response back or even an apology for this. Now Im out of about $100 and my husband Christmas presents. This is so incredibly frustrating and pathetic. We have been customers for about 8 years now and this is the last straw. At this point they are scamming customers out of money and never sending the merchandise.

The gift card was issued on December 6, 2023 and the notification was resent again on December 11, 2023. I have attached screen shots of all the above info. We are so sorry for all the troubles with this order and hope we have made it right.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did indeed finally receive my order, however this was an incredible fail in the companys part. No action or even condolences were taken until I advised the company I would be contacting the BBB, and low and behold the same day it was finally shipped out. No apology was even offered till they were advised I was contacting the BBB. All the reviews speak for themselves. It seems this company doesnt put any effort into fulfilling orders or satisfying their customers till a complaint is made. Very sad as it used to not be this way. The way this was done, and the way I was lied to multiple times is unacceptable. Finally receiving an order I PAID for, does not cancel out the way it was gone about.

    I ordered product from Monster on 8/6/23. My order # ***** was paid in full.I received confirmation with **** tracking # ****************************** on 8/11/23. USP shows order in "pre-shipment" status, indicating that no product left Monster's facility. I inquired via email on 8/15. They responded that the order "might be stuck," and that they would investigate.I submitted another inquiry via email on 8/21. No response.I submitted an inquiry through Monster's website on 8/21. No response. I posted a message on their ******** page on 8/21. No response.I contacted them via Messenger on 8/22. Again, they responded that the order "might be stuck."I pointed out that this is the second time they responded in this manner. They said they would ship my order right away. It is now 8/23 and I haven't received the shipping confirmation they promised. I contacted them via Messenger twice to get shipping confirmation. No response.

    On May 20th of 2023 I placed an order (order #*****) in the amount of $206.55. After 2 weeks of seeing no movement with the shipping I decided to email them to find out what was going on, to wich I received no reply. After another week I messaged them on ******** and told them my issue and they responded and said "looks like it got stuck, if no movement by tomorrow we will send a new one". (This is the 2nd order in a row from them that this happened oddly enough) . On June 20th 2023, exactly one month after I placed the order, I finally received it. Upon opening and looking through the items, I found that I was missing 1 bottle of psycho clown shampoo and 2 bottles of psycho clown conditioner. I immediately messaged them and told them this and they said "ph no , we will get those out to you right now. Here it is August first and I have yet to receive my replacement items or be refunded. When I message them on ******** either get no response or just a thumbs up. This company should be absolutely ashamed with how pathetic their customer care and service is, it's non existent. From their profile here on BBB it's apparent that it's a repeat habit of theirs as well. I would like for them to ship me the products I ordered and paid for but did not receive.

    I had canceled an order with them and they started ro process it, when I emailed them they canceled the order but did not give me a refund
