      I've worked for Horizon for 3+ years. When I joined the team I was hesitant because of the overall image of the industry as a whole. As soon as I saw the foundation, culture, and values that the business operated on I quickly knew that we were in business to genuinely help businesses of all sizes by partnering with them for their payment processing. The products and services offered at industry-low rates, top-notch customer service, and do it with the confidence that we back everything we offer in writing. We hold ourselves to a high standard in all aspects of the organization. Just like any other business, we aren't the best fit for all clients' needs as well as all clients are not the best fit for our business model. Regardless of the individual situations we encounter we have the utmost respect for those we partner with and we do everything we can to positively impact those businesses within the communities we represent. I have such a high confidence in Horizon Payments that we have numerous family members and friends currently using our products and services.

      ***Zero ******************** also goes by the name Horizon/Riverside/Cascade. I feel we have been a victim of fraud. Our POS System was not compatible with their equipment, they exclaimed it was plug and play which it was not. We have reported this in full detail to the attorney general office in **. This company has taken money from us for over a year without providing us service as promised a reimbursement and cancellation of contract at any time. They lied for over a year and then denied our cancellation and our refund. We have emails stating the refund and cancellation. They do not return our phone calls. Our representative refused to answer calls. We have now found out he is under investigation. We are not the only company they have done this to. We were told that several people that he had signed up their contract was cancelled and was refunded, but still, we are paying monthly for no services. Then having the audacity to ask me to sign another contract with another company that they are in cahoots with.

      This is the worst company I have worked with in 45 years. They lie to get your business, pt you on hold for 15 to 20 mintes everytime you call. Take money out of your account when they have not provided any service. Stay far way from them.

      I have been trying to get a phone call returned for months. I am being charged hundreds of dollars a month and can not talk to anyone to figure out why it is so much.

      I worked for Horizon payments. I signed up multiple vendors who were told that they could integrate into their Point Of Sale system. Not only were they not able to integrate, but their merchant success manager they were assigned to help them, started ducking their calls. Not just that but these merchants couldn't use the system Horizon signed them up with but Horizon was charging them monthly fees. Not only that, but when these merchants called to cancel, Horizon said canceling was in breach of their contract and threatened to charge them ~$700 to cancel. Even one customer who was signed up on a month to month contract was threatened with this fee. I've never worked for a company that outright lied (at worst) or completely misrepresented themselves (at best) like Horizon Payments does.
