On 1/2/24 at 529pm I ordered a pizza from the phone app at the Mill Plain location. The tracker informed me the pizza was done, I went inside to pick it up. I asked if I could get my pizza plus 5 napkins.A staff member, who later claimed he was "***" interrupted the person who was helping me and started to confront me. He was very aggressive. Instead of asking for the name on the order, he rudely asks, "Which one, the one that was ready 5 minutes ago, or the one I'm about to cut?"I didn't want any part of his attitude. I told him I wasn't there for a confrontation and I'll just go home and cancel my order and started walking out the door. The staff member followed and harassed me. I asked his name and told him this is the 2nd time I've been here and have been met with his unpleasant attitude. He immediately called me a liar and claimed he had never seen me before. The previous time he had apologized for snapping, refunded my money and gave me 2 free pizzas for future orders. This time, I don't want any refund or free pizza. I wanted to leave and get away from him.He sucked me in to his drama, called me names, made threats, escalated things to an extreme. Literally tried to physically provoke a fistfight. Even after I left and was in my truck, he was still making hand gestures implying he wanted to continue escalating things. I went home, called asking for a manager. Someone claiming to be "*******" claimed to be the manager but ended up getting belligerent and hanging up on me. I took the pizza back and threw it in their trashcan outside. The pizza was undercooked with 10 pounds of cheese, no crust, wasn't even cut into slices.I do not want or need free pizza. No amount of money is worth being subjected to such toxic behavior. I've called and demanded to speak to a manager about this event and staff simply refuses to pass the message along to a manager. Daytime staff tells me they have no employees names by that name. It's obvious he gave me a fake name to avoid being held accountable for his behavior.

Everything seemed to be fine but I haven't received anything in the mail for over 2 weeks. I was promised reimbursement for a pizza order that got screwed up. I made a complaint and I was in contact with the main regional office. I had a pizza that was screwed up and it took 45 minutes to be issued to me while I was waiting for it, physically in the store the whole time, and some other things were wrong with it. They only cooked the pizza for about 9 minutes, when it was supposed to be cooked for around 12 to 15 minutes. It was supposed to be a 14 inch pizza but it was only a 13 inch pizza. The crust was supposed to be around 3/4 inch but instead it was about an inch and a half. When I made the complaint about the pizza, I was taken care of by the company. The company was handling my complaint in a timely manner and everything seemed to be fine but then in 2 weeks when I should have received the compensation, and the set of coupons "one for cheesy bread, one for a free large pizza", nothing came. Whenever I tried to email her back, when the coupons and the reimbursement refund did not show up at the post office in *********, I was a little dismayed. I tried to contact her, and I did make full-scale emails in response. I will include screenshots of the emails. If I could just get the set of coupons for the pizza and the cheesy bread and the refund for the $10.97 it would be much appreciated. She promised me as much, and so I was expecting it. Thank you for your time and effort and all this matter if you could just have those coupons and the refund sent to; *********************** General Delivery ********************************************************** If I could have a set of coupons like the ones that were sent to me in a previous complaint, before this latest complaint. "One cheesy bread" or whatever and "one free large pizza", I think it was "up to five toppings." Also a refund for $10.97

Company did give me a $7.99 refund and gave me two pizza coupons and two breadstick coupons. This rectified the situation completely, although I did spend $10.97, the $7.99 refund was still in the right direction and the fact that I got two Pizza coupons that I was able to order 2  five topping pizzas with and two breadstick coupons that were worth $8.99 a peace, completely addressed the problem adequately. Resolution to this case is achieved. Thank you for your time.

I ordered two pizzas and bread sticks from this location. The first pizza was pepperoni and sausage for our children and they turned out fine. The second was a chicken, bacon, and spinach pizza for my husband and I which was the problem. We ate the pizza and went to bed. When we woke in the morning we both were taking turns in the restroom with diarrhea and vomiting. This pizza is the only meal that we have shared together in almost 48hours so we are both sure that it is the cause for this sickness
